MULTILAYER DRINKING CAN SYSTEM
A multilayer mixing and drinking can system can include a pod having an opening mechanism that at least partially defines a first compartment that contains a first dry or liquid component of a final mixed drink. An adapter connects the pod to a container that contains a second dry or liquid component of the final mixed drink. The opening mechanism can include a puncture mechanism that is constructed and arranged to puncture a seal member in the opening mechanism, thereby causing the first compartment to be in fluid communication with an inside of the container in order to mix the first dry or liquid component with the second dry or liquid component.

BIOLOGICALLY DEGRADABLE PORTION CAPSULE
A portion capsule includes a peripheral side wall, a first cover element and a second cover element, wherein the peripheral side wall, the first cover element and the second cover element form a closed interior. The first cover element and/or the second cover element include an arching directed into the interior. At least the cover element including the arching is manufactured of a biologically degradable material.
Dispensing system
A dispensing system (40) includes a body (54) having an outer wall (64) defining a volume for storing a substance, the outer wall (64) having a top end (66) and a sealed bottom end (70). The top end (66) is covered by a flexible lid (56) that is attached to the body (54). The lid (56) has a press portion (88) for being engaged to move the lid (56) from a first position into a second, deflected position. A post (58) is connected to the lid (56) and is configured in the second position of the lid (56) to breach the sealed bottom end (70) forming a dispensing orifice (80) to accommodate movement of a substance out of the body (54). In one form, the outer wall (64) includes at least one bottle stop projection (218) defining one or more vent channels (219).

Container sealing device
A container sealing device includes a plug-opening mechanism part belonging to the inner plug 10 and the upper lid 20; and the plug-opening mechanism part has an upper-moving plug-opening mechanism A that opens the plug by rotating the upper lid 20 in a direction of loosening the upper lid with respect to the container 1 to thereby separate the separation part 12 from the body part 11 while holding the separation part 12 by a support part provided on an inner side of the upper lid 20; and a lower-moving plug-opening mechanism B that opens the plug by rotating the upper lid 20 in a direction of tightening the upper lid 20 with respect to the container 1 to thereby separate the separation part 12 from the body part 11 while holding the separation part 12 by the support part.
Pressure equalization apparatus for a container and methods associated therewith
A device is provided that assists with equalizing air pressure within a container with the atmospheric air pressure as liquid is being poured from the container and includes one or more relatively short air tubes. The device is provided with the ability to simultaneously equalize pressure in the container while also providing a drip collection mechanism. The device may be configured for unidirectional pouring or multi-directional pouring.
Flanged sealing means
A structure for substantially sealing a storage unit, wherein the structure includes an elastically stretchable flange cooperable with a lip provided on a rim of the storage unit, wherein the flange is elastically urged to seal against the lip of the storage unit.
Tube closure assembly and tube comprising the same
An assembly for closing a tube is described. The assembly includes a tube head provided with a neck and a lid closing the neck. The assembly further includes a cap (30) including a punch adapted to perforate the lid. The neck and the cap being configured to guide the cap to a closing position in which the punch has perforated the lid. The cap includes a lateral skirt provided with at least one notch opening radially. The neck includes a protrusion configured to cooperate angularly with the notch to block a withdrawal of the cap, once the cap is in the closing position.
