BINDING TOOL

A binding tool includes: a flexible strip-shaped belt; a head connected to a base end of the belt and including a through hole through which the belt wound around an object is inserted; a plurality of ratchet teeth protruding from a front surface of the belt at positions spaced apart in an extension direction; and a plurality of ratchet claws locking the plurality of ratchet teeth inserted through the through hole, wherein the head has, on one side in a width direction, a slit through which the belt can be inserted or removed, and the plurality of ratchet teeth and ratchet claws are inclined such that each of one end portions thereof on the one side in the width direction is on a downstream side of the extension direction as compared with each of the other end portions thereof on the other side in the width direction.

Cable tie having a wedge locking mechanism

A cable tie is provided with a wedge disposed within a passage extending through a head. The wedge is compressed within the passage when tension is applied to the strap. As a result, the wedge compresses the strap against an inner surface of the passage to restrain the strap.

Cushion sleeve

A cushion sleeve that protects a bundle of cables secured to a support structure by stainless steel strapping. The cushion sleeve includes a top, a bottom, a first end, and a second end. The cushion sleeve includes a body and sidewalls extending from the body. The cushion sleeve also includes a barbed tongue extending from the first end or the second end of the cushion sleeve and slots located at the opposite end of the cushion sleeve. When installing the cushion sleeve, the barbed tongue is inserted through one of the slots and pulled until the cushion sleeve is tight around the cable bundle.

A cinching device includes: a buckle including a frame defining an opening; an elongate flexible strap coupled to one portion of the frame and extending away from the frame to a freestanding distal tongue receivable by the opening of the frame, the strap including a first face carrying a plurality of loop-engageable discrete fastening elements and an opposing second face carrying a loop material; and a tab coupled to another portion of the frame, the tab including an exposed touch fastening face engageable with at least one of: the plurality of fastening elements of the first face of the strap or the loop material of the second face of the strap.

CABLE BUNDLING SYSTEM

A cable bundling system is disclosed. The cable bundling system includes a base having an opening extending through the base; a barb supported by the base and extending at least partially across the opening; and a strap adapted to be advanced through the opening in a first direction. When the strap is displaced in a second direction opposite the first direction, the barb pierces a medial portion of the strap such that the barb contacts the base. The strap can include a longitudinal groove extending a length of the strap, and the barb has a piercing portion opposite a supported portion. The piercing portion can pierce the medial portion of the strap.

Engaging member

An engaging member includes an engaging portion configured to be inserted and assembled into a fixing hole of a vehicle body, an attachment portion configured to attach elongated wire routing materials, and linking portions configured to connect the engaging portion and the attachment portion to each other. The linking portions are extendable and contractable in a longitudinal direction of the wire routing materials, and can oscillate the engaging portion side in an orthogonal direction, thereby allowing the engaging portion to be movable in the longitudinal direction and the orthogonal direction. A protrusion and a through portion are provided as a movement restricting portion for restricting the movement of the engaging portion to movement within a predetermined range.
