SUBSTRATE STORING CONTAINER, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND FILTER UNIT
A substrate storing container 1 includes a filter unit 90 having a housing that forms a ventilation path 901 and a filter 95. The housing includes an outer housing portion 94 and an inner housing portion 92 at least partially disposed inside the outer housing portion 94 and fastened to the outer housing portion 94. The inner housing portion 92 has a male thread portion 929 at a part disposed inside the outer housing portion 94. The outer housing portion 94 has a female thread portion 949 that meshes with the male thread portion 929. The inner housing portion 92 has first engagement portions 928 at a part that is disposed inside the outer housing portion 94 and where the male thread portion 929 does not exist. The outer housing portion has second engagement portions 948 that engage with the first engagement portions 928 at a part where the female thread portion 949 does not exist. The first engagement portions 928 and the second engagement portions 948 are configured to be visually identifiable in fastening of the inner housing portion 92 and the outer housing portion 94.
CASE INSERT TO SECURE WOODWIND REEDS
A multiple-panel system present in a chamber of a reed container secures and orders one or more woodwind reeds in a base to tip arrangement. The chamber has a length and width dimension to hold one or more woodwind reeds. The multiple panel system includes a cover and at least two parallel panels with aligned openings that position individual reed. One opening is shaped to accommodate the reed base and the other opening is U-shaped to receive the midsection of reed, when the reed is introduced trough the container opening. The width of U-shaped opening impedes lateral movement of the aligned reed through contact with the midsection of the reed. This contact avoids reed tip contact with a wall during transport.
Package comprising means for retaining an object
A package including: a case having a bottom and a peripheral rim which can adopt: a stowing position in which the peripheral rim extends substantially parallel to the bottom; a use position in which the peripheral rim extends from the bottom; a cover; and holding means for maintaining in the case an object to be transported. The holding means includes: a first part secured to the case; and a second part secured to the cover. At least one of the first part and the second part is relaxed in the stowing position of the peripheral rim, and tensioned in the use position of the peripheral rim.
BOTTLE INSERT ASSEMBLY
A bottle insert includes an insert body defining a bottle opening, the bottle opening configured to receive a portion of a bottle therethrough; and an insert partition disposed substantially within the insert body, the insert partition defining a partition wall, the partition wall aligned with and spaced from the bottle opening, the partition wall configured to confront an end of the bottle.
Cushioning packaging material
A cushioning packaging material for packaging one or more electronic products and the like is disclosed. The cushioning packaging material includes a cushioning portion provided with a plurality of air pockets, an air distribution portion provided with a distribution passage through which air is distributed into the plurality of air pockets, and an air inlet provided at one side of the air distribution portion. The air inlet is closed after completion of air injection. Thus, air leakage through the air inlet is prevented and cushioning force reduction caused by air leakage is also prevented.
TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED PRODUCT SHIPPER
A temperature controller shipper for shipping temperature sensitive products. A plurality of individual product boxes contained in an inner mastercase each include a lyophilized product with low thermal mass. The plurality of product boxes each contain a unique PCM thermal dunnage insert occupying the normally empty space within the product box. The PCM insert artificially increases the thermal mass within each product box, and the added thermal mass enables an outer volume of thermal material, e.g. a PCM bladder or bricks, to be minimized to reduce the overall shipper volume and weight.
COMPOSITE BOARD STRUCTURE AND BOX STRUCTURE
A composite board structure and a box structure. According to the composite board structure, by using through holes (214) and pits (21), under the condition of greatly reducing the material and manufacturing costs, the structural performance of the board is improved, and the bending strength of the board is improved, so that the board can replace the existing boards such as corrugated paper, can be applied to structures such as a box, can replace the existing board and box structures under the condition of greatly reducing the material and manufacturing costs, can also be repeatedly used, and has great contribution to environmental protection and related industries.
BOTTLE PACKAGING ASSEMBLY
A bottle packaging assembly includes a bottle packaging comprising a sidewall enclosure, the sidewall enclosure defining an interior cavity and comprising a first sidewall and a second sidewall opposite the first sidewall; a plurality of bottle insert assemblies arranged laterally side-by-side within the interior cavity, wherein each of the bottle insert assemblies comprises: a first bottle insert arranged proximate to the first sidewall and defining a first bottle opening configured to receive a first portion of a bottle; and a second bottle insert arranged proximate to the second sidewall and longitudinally aligned with the first bottle insert, the second bottle insert defining a second bottle opening configured to receive a second portion of the bottle.
TRAY FOR DISPLAY PANEL
A tray for a display panel includes a body part including a base and an outer wall disposed to surround the base, and a slot part including a support member extending in a first direction and a second direction intersecting the first direction, and at least one buffer member disposed on an inner lateral side of the support member, wherein the at least one buffer member includes a plurality of buffer portions, each including airgaps, and a plurality of pillar portions, each disposed between adjacent ones of the plurality of buffer portions, the at least one buffer member includes a first surface, which is in contact with the support member, and a second surface, which faces the first surface, and the second surface has a convex shape in a plan view.
