Shipping envelope and method
A plastic shipping envelope includes a first plastic sheet and a second plastic sheet, bonded to each other at a bottom edge and at side edges thereof, wherein a chamber is present between inner sides of the first and second plastic sheets, and wherein an access opening is provided at a top side of the shipping envelope, a resealable airtight seal with interlocking sealing strips, one of the interlocking sealing strips being arranged on the inside of the first sheet and the other of the interlocking sealing strips being arranged on the inside of the second sheet, both sealing strips being arranged near the access opening, in a direction transverse to the side edges, and a one-way air valve, fluidly connecting the chamber of the shipping envelope to the outside, such that air can be vacated, when the chamber is closed by sealing the airtight seal, from the chamber to the outside, wherein the first sheet has a flap portion that, with respect to the second sheet, extends beyond the top edge of the second sheet, wherein the flap portion of the first sheet is provided with two vertically spaced apart strips of adhesive material, each arranged in a direction transverse to the side edges, each strip of adhesive material being covered, at its side facing away from the flap portion, by a respective user removable backing, and wherein the flap portion is provided with a perforated tear line, arranged in between the strips of adhesive material.
Shipping envelope and method
A plastic shipping envelope includes a first plastic sheet and a second plastic sheet, bonded to each other at a bottom edge and at side edges thereof, wherein a chamber is present between inner sides of the first and second plastic sheets, and wherein an access opening is provided at a top side of the shipping envelope, a resealable airtight seal with interlocking sealing strips, one of the interlocking sealing strips being arranged on the inside of the first sheet and the other of the interlocking sealing strips being arranged on the inside of the second sheet, both sealing strips being arranged near the access opening, in a direction transverse to the side edges, and a one-way air valve, fluidly connecting the chamber of the shipping envelope to the outside, such that air can be vacated, when the chamber is closed by sealing the airtight seal, from the chamber to the outside, wherein the first sheet has a flap portion that, with respect to the second sheet, extends beyond the top edge of the second sheet, wherein the flap portion of the first sheet is provided with two vertically spaced apart strips of adhesive material, each arranged in a direction transverse to the side edges, each strip of adhesive material being covered, at its side facing away from the flap portion, by a respective user removable backing, and wherein the flap portion is provided with a perforated tear line, arranged in between the strips of adhesive material.
COIN MAILER AND DISPLAY DEVICE
A mailer and display device for shipping and displaying coins or tokens includes a first panel having a front face, a back face, and one or more pockets extending inward from the front face that is sized and shaped to closely receive a coin or token. The device also includes a second panel foldably coupled to an upper edge of the first panel and a third panel foldably coupled to a lower edge of the first panel. The device is positionable into a first mailer configuration with the second and third panels folded over the first panel to form a substantially rectangular shape for shipping, and into a second display configuration with the second and third panels folded behind the first panel to form a hollow triangular shape for display, with the third panel forming a base and the front face of the first panel facing upwardly and outwardly.
COIN MAILER AND DISPLAY DEVICE
A mailer and display device for shipping and displaying coins or tokens includes a first panel having a front face, a back face, and one or more pockets extending inward from the front face that is sized and shaped to closely receive a coin or token. The device also includes a second panel foldably coupled to an upper edge of the first panel and a third panel foldably coupled to a lower edge of the first panel. A convertible bag is provided. It may include a bag front, a bag back, a drawstring retention compartment, and at least one drawstring. The bag front may include a front perforation, a front part of the drawstring retention compartment, and a mailer front top with a top flap. The bag back may include a mailer back top, a back perforation, and a back part of the drawstring retention compartment. The convertible bag may be configured for converted from a packaging mailer configuration to a drawstring bag configuration. In the packaging mailer configuration, the top flap of the mailer front top may be folded over and secured to the mailer back top to close the convertible bag. In the drawstring bag configuration, the convertible bag may be configured to be cinched closed by pulling a portion of the at least one drawstring out of the drawstring retention compartment.

A convertible bag is provided. It may include a bag front, a bag back, a drawstring retention compartment, and at least one drawstring. The bag front may include a front perforation, a front part of the drawstring retention compartment, and a mailer front top with a top flap. The bag back may include a mailer back top, a back perforation, and a back part of the drawstring retention compartment. The convertible bag may be configured for converted from a packaging mailer configuration to a drawstring bag configuration. In the packaging mailer configuration, the top flap of the mailer front top may be folded over and secured to the mailer back top to close the convertible bag. In the drawstring bag configuration, the convertible bag may be configured to be cinched closed by pulling a portion of the at least one drawstring out of the drawstring retention compartment.

Tamper-evident envelope, process of manufacturing of said envelope and use thereof for containing products
The present invention relates to a tamper-evident envelope element (1) of sheet material comprising: a rear wall (2), a first and a second front flap engaged with the rear wall (2) opposite to each other. The first and second front flaps (3, 4) are configured for defining a closed condition in which they partially overlap each other, and an open condition in which they are distanced from each other. The envelope 1 comprises a safety device (12) having a first coupling portion (13) borne by the first front flap (3), a second coupling portion (14) borne by the second front flap (4). The first and the second coupling portion (13, 14) are configured to engage stably with each other during first closed condition of the first and second front flap (3, 4); at least one between the first and second coupling portions (13, 14) has at least one removable portion (15) configured for separating from at least one between the first and second front flap after a first opening condition thereof subsequent to said first closed condition for preventing a subsequent coupling of said first and second coupling portion (13, 14). The present invention also relates to a process for manufacturing said element.
Tamper-evident envelope, process of manufacturing of said envelope and use thereof for containing products
The present invention relates to a tamper-evident envelope element (1) of sheet material comprising: a rear wall (2), a first and a second front flap engaged with the rear wall (2) opposite to each other. The first and second front flaps (3, 4) are configured for defining a closed condition in which they partially overlap each other, and an open condition in which they are distanced from each other. The envelope 1 comprises a safety device (12) having a first coupling portion (13) borne by the first front flap (3), a second coupling portion (14) borne by the second front flap (4). The first and the second coupling portion (13, 14) are configured to engage stably with each other during first closed condition of the first and second front flap (3, 4); at least one between the first and second coupling portions (13, 14) has at least one removable portion (15) configured for separating from at least one between the first and second front flap after a first opening condition thereof subsequent to said first closed condition for preventing a subsequent coupling of said first and second coupling portion (13, 14). The present invention also relates to a process for manufacturing said element.
