Container cap assembly
A cap assembly is used in a container. A food product to be dispensed from the container is in an inner volume of the container, and the inner volume of the container is closed by a lid. An identifier is arranged on the cap assembly and/or on a surface of the container. The cap assembly includes two parts relatively moveable with respect to each other in a relative movement. The relative movement and/or a solidary movement of these two parts allows displacement of the identifier according to a certain path and allows opening and/or closing a communication between the cap assembly and the inner volume of the container.
CLOSURE FOR A DRINKING BOTTLE
A closure for a drinking bottle, including a securing element for releasably arranging the closure on a lid of the drinking bottle, a pretensioned pivot element which is arranged on the securing element so as to be pivotable away from said clamping element about a pivot axis, and a seal which is arranged on a pivot element that pivots out. The securing element includes a first clamping element, a second clamping element and a spring. The two clamping elements are arranged on one another so as to be linearly displaceable in one direction and the spring is arranged between the two clamping elements in the direction of displacement.
Container lid and valve including a locking mechanism
A container lid for a fluid container of a resilient deformable material includes a body member having a drinking aperture; an actuator coupled to the body member via an area surrounding the actuator; and a valve. The lid has a first stable and a second stable state in which the area surrounding the actuator in generally inverted from the first stable state. Upon application of a first force to the top surface of the actuator when in the first stable state, the actuator temporarily deflects the valve to unseal the drinking aperture and upon removal of the first force the valve reseals the drinking aperture and both the actuator and the lid reassume the first stable state. Upon application of a second force to the actuator sufficiently greater than the first force, the lid assumes the second stable state in which the drinking aperture remains unsealed.
PROTECTIVE CAP FOR A DISPENSER AND DISPENSER FOR DISCHARGING PHARMACEUTICAL AND/OR COSMETIC LIQUIDS
A protective cap for a dispenser for discharging pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic liquids. The dispenser has a liquid reservoir and a discharge opening through which the liquid can be dispensed into a surrounding atmosphere. The protective cap has at least one ventilation opening for establishing communication between an interior and an outer surrounding area, and a sterile filter which covers the at least one ventilation opening is arranged on the protective cap in order to reduce or prevent an introduction of microbes into the interior of the protective cap via the at least one ventilation opening.
Breathe and drink and safely swallow bite valve
A bite valve (100) comprises an outer barrel (105) of low-friction, soft but durable, laterally-compressible material and a rigid axially moveable inner stem (110). Closing the valve urges the distal face of a stem-mounted gasket (115) distally against the sharpened tubular proximal end of a barrel-embedded flanged rigid sleeve (120) through which fluid passes. The stem is continually urged distally by captive compression spring (140) which pushes proximally against sleeve (120) and distally against a cap (135) mounted on the stem's distal end. When a user bites the barrel's indented exterior bite zone (150), two opposing sides of a conical surface (155) inside the barrel contact and slidably urge the stem proximally, pulling the gasket away from the sleeve end, thereby opening the valve. After drinking, a user releases their bite, allowing the spring to again move the stem distally, pushing the gasket back into a (default) sealing condition pressed against the sleeve's sharpened proximal end.
VALVE AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A container (5) comprising a valve (10) with a valve member (12) and a valve seat (14). The container (5) has a retainer for retaining the valve member (12). The valve (10) defines a flowpath between the valve member (12) and the valve seat (14), the flowpath being selectively openable by movement of at least a portion of the valve member (12) away from the valve seat (14) in response to suction. The flowpath does not pass through any aperture within the valve member (12).
Pump for a system for dispensing a liquid as a spray, a spray nozzle unit, a system for dispensing a liquid as a spray and a method for dispensing a liquid as a spray
A pump includes a housing forming a chamber; a dispensing opening; and a regulator fixedly arranged in the chamber. The regulator includes an inner valve for regulating a flow of liquid between the container and the chamber; an outer valve for regulating a flow of liquid between the chamber and the dispensing opening; a stem resilient along its length, sideways bendable, and extending in a longitudinal direction of the housing between the inner valve and the outer valve; and a displacement guide located at an outer portion of the stem on an inner side of the outer valve. An outer perimeter of the displacement guide and a portion of an internal surface of a guide region located adjacent the displacement guide are adapted to transfer the sideways bending of the stem to a relative displacement between the outer valve and the housing along the longitudinal direction of the housing.
CONTAINER CAP ASSEMBLY
The invention refers to a cap assembly (10) used in a container (20) comprising in its inner volume a food product to be dispensed, the container volume being closed by a lid (21), such that the cap assembly (10) comprises two parts (11, 12) relatively moveable with respect to each other, the relative movement and/or the solidary movement of these two parts (11, 12) allowing the following functions: displacement of identification means (22) arranged on the cap assembly (10) and/or on the container surface according to a certain path; opening and/or closing a communication between the cap assembly (10) and the inner volume of the container (20).
Valve assembly
According to a first embodiment, the valve assembly comprises a first arm having a first valve portion and a second arm having a second valve portion. The valve assembly is foldable from an unfolded state to a folded state, such that the first valve portion engages with the second valve portion. According to a second embodiment, the valve assembly comprises a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet, a conduit, a blocking member, and a flexible member arranged to seal against the blocking member. The conduit comprises at least one bend and is arranged such that fluid may flow from the liquid inlet, past the bend and through the liquid outlet to at least indirectly impinge the flexible member.
