A system for packaging a food product in a container generally includes a conveyance apparatus operable to move trays in a machine direction, a delivery apparatus operable to deposit the food product into cavities of the trays, and a positioning apparatus operable to position covers relative to the trays. The positioning apparatus is configured to position each cover on a respective tray to overlap a flange of the respective tray. The system also comprises an ultrasonic bonding apparatus configured to receive the flange and the cover of each container in the nip between a first bonding module and a second bonding module. At least one of the first bonding module and the second bonding module vibrates at an ultrasonic frequency and delivers ultrasonic energy to at least one of the cover and the flange to seal the container.
Product package and a method for producing the package
A product package is disclosed having e a frame part with a recess for a product and a removable inner lining. The frame part includes a base and connected side walls, end walls, and corner parts. The side and end walls each include a first part folded from the base and a second part folded from the first part toward the base. The side and end wall second parts include a cut edge which is fitted into the recess of the package, and the inner lining is fitted on top of the second parts so as to enclose the cut edges. The inner lining also includes an edge section which forms an edge flange extending over top edges of the frame part and a package lid which is arranged to be fastened to said flange.
METHOD FOR MAKING A CONTAINER COMPRISING AN OUTER SKELETON AND AN INNER LAYER OF THERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL, RELATED CONTAINER AND PAPER-INDUSTRY ARTICLE USED IN THE METHOD
A paper-industry article for making an outer skeleton (3) of a container (2) which also comprises an inner layer (9) of thermoplastic material and which has a bottom wall (6), a plurality of lateral walls (5) and an annular perimetric flange (4), the outer skeleton (3) extending at the perimetric flange (4), at the lateral walls (5), at the bottom wall (6), wherein the paper-industry article (1) comprises a continuous annular frame (7) intended to constitute the outer skeleton (3) of the container (2) at the perimetric flange (4) of the container (2), and a plurality of wings (10) which extend starting from the continuous annular frame (7), each of the wings (10) being intended to constitute the outer skeleton (3) at one of the lateral walls (5) of the container (2), and at least one of the wings (10) also being intended to constitute the outer skeleton (3) also at the bottom wall (6) of the container (2).
Paper lid and storage container
A lid 20 is a paper lid capable of adhering to a flange portion of a container body and includes: a tab 25; back half-cut lines 35a, 36a extending from the tab 25 outward and away from each other at an acute angle with respect to a paper grain direction K; back half-cut lines 37a, 38a extending from the outer ends of the back half-cut lines 35a, 36a, respectively, along the paper grain direction K; front half-cut lines 35b, 36b located on the outer side of the back half-cut lines 35a, 36a with a width W between the front and back half-cut lines and extending along the back half-cut lines 35a, 36a at an acute angle with respect to the paper grain direction K; and front half-cut lines 37b, 38b located on the outer side of the back half-cut lines 37a, 38a with the width W between the front and back half-cut lines and extending along the back half-cut lines 37a, 38a and the paper grain direction K.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PACKAGING FOOD PRODUCTS IN CONTAINERS AND CONTAINERS PACKAGED BY SUCH SYSTEMS AND METHODS
At least one of the first bonding module and the second bonding module vibrates at an ultrasonic frequency and delivers ultrasonic energy to at least one of the cover and the flange to seal the container.
CONTAINER
The invention relates to the field of manufacturing packaging primarily for food products and products that contain or exude grease and moisture. A container consists of a lid and a receptacle that widens towards the top and is made of a paper and cellulose construction material, said receptacle having a rectangular upper flange formed during the production thereof for the purpose of retaining the lid, said flange being continuous about the entire perimeter of the receptacle and being fixed at an angle to the horizontal by means of upper flaps of the lateral walls being overlapped and fastened to one another in adjoining corner parts of the flange. The technical result consists in increasing the rigidity of the entire structure, as well as obviating the need to manually bend the flaps during assembly and to set the necessary angle of incline to the horizontal or to monitor the correct positioning of the upper flaps when reclosing the lid.
Product Package And A Method For Producing The Package
The object of the invention is a product package and a method for producing the product package. The product package comprises a recess (1a) for the product to be packed, the recess being provided with a base and with walls in connection with the base, in which case the frame part (2) of the recess (1a) has been formed by means of folds from recycleable fiber material and the aforementioned recess (1a) is lined on the inside with a separate inner lining (3), which is removable from the aforementioned frame part. The top edges of the side walls and end walls of the frame part and also the top edges of the corner parts (10) form the top edge of the recess, which top edge is arranged to function as a fastening surface for the inner lining (3), which inner lining (3) is adapted to comprise an edge section (4) extending over the top edge (5a) of the recess (1a).

FOLDING CONTAINER THAT CAN BE UNFOLDED FOR APPLICATION
A container includes a base panel, a plurality of first folding panel, a plurality of second folding panel and a plurality of fixation folding panel. The first folding panels are folded up inwardly along respective first folding lines between the first folding panels and the base panel to form a peripheral wall and an accommodation chamber. Each second folding panel is folded up outwardly along one respective second folding line and overlapped on the peripheral wall that is formed of the first folding panels. Each fixation folding panel is folded up outwardly along a respective third folding line and overlapped on the peripheral wall that is formed of the first folding panels. Thus, the user can provide foods in the container for eating, and the container can be unfolded to form a plate to holding foods.
