Stackable storage tray adaptable to form an enclosed box
A stackable storage tray that can be combined with an identical stackable storage tray to form an enclosed box. The stackable storage tray comprises a flat base, a rear wall, two side walls, and an open front. Each of the two side walls are complementary with the respective side walls of a second identical stackable storage tray, so that when one storage tray is flipped upside down the two trays form an enclosed box—the open front of the stationary tray receives the complementary rear wall of the flipped tray, the rear wall of the stationary tray fits in the complementary open front of the flipped tray, and the sides have side walls and open spaces that are complementary reverse mirror images of each other and fit together to form an enclosed box.
Storage box blank
Example aspects of a main body blank for a storage box, a tray blank for a storage box, and a storage box blank are disclosed. The main body blank can comprise a planar sidewall assembly comprising a plurality of sidewalls, each of the sidewalls defining a top edge and a bottom edge opposite the top edge; and a first fastener panel formed monolithically with the sidewall assembly and hingedly connected to the bottom edge of a first one of the sidewalls by a first fastener bend line, the first fastener panel coplanar with the sidewall assembly.
DETERGENT PRODUCT CONTAINER WITH LOCK AND TOP PANEL
Examples include a consumer product comprising a box comprising a detergent product, a lid and a lock. The lid comprises flanks covering a specific portion of a specific sidewall of the box. The lock comprises a specific actuator moveable by pressure, the actuator being connected to the specific portion, the flanks comprising an actuation area facing the actuator and permitting displacing it by applying the pressure. A top panel of the box comprises an opening and a top panel section joining at least a part of the specific sidewall to at least a part of an opposite sidewall, the opposite sidewall being opposite to the specific sidewall. The specific actuation area defines a specific centroid separated from the top of the lid by less than 5 cm and by more than 0.5 cm, and from a distal end of the specific flank by more than 0.5 cm.
CONSUMER PRODUCT
Examples comprise a consumer product comprising a container with a first part comprising a first compartment in which detergent composition is contained and is accessible through a first opening. The container comprises a second part positioned to prevent access through the first opening. The container comprises a locking means. The first part comprises an interior surface and an exterior surface, wherein the interior surface faces the first compartment; and wherein the interior surface is constructed from paper-based material. The first part is a box comprising at least a base and sidewalls, whereby the first opening is located in a specific sidewall.
COVER WITH TACTILE DISCONTINUITY
Examples include a consumer product comprising a detergent product and a container comprising a box, a cover and a lock to maintain the cover in a closed position. The lock comprises at least a first actuator moveable from a locking position to an opening position by applying an actuation pressure onto the first actuator when the cover is in the closed position. The cover comprises a first tactile discontinuity, the first tactile discontinuity facing the first actuator, the first tactile discontinuity permitting displacing the first actuator from the locking position to the opening position by applying the actuation pressure at the first tactile discontinuity when the cover is in the closed position, whereby the cover further comprise a second tactile discontinuity, the second tactile discontinuity directly facing the second specific portion of sidewalls when the cover is in the closed position.
HIGH SPEED TELESCOPIC FITTING OF A TRAY AND HOOD
A process for packaging a product in which a hood is fitted to a tray. The hood top is oriented at an angle relative to the machine direction in which the tray is being conveyed. The hood is engaged with the tray by initiating contact between a leading panel of the hood with the tray while the leading panel is moving before engaging the trailing panel with the tray. As the tray is conveyed in the machine direction, the tray captures a hood by the leading panel of the hood and the remainder of the hood is subsequently fitted to the tray.
CARDBOARD SUPPORT ELEMENT
A support element for a cardboard container. A lid incorporating the support element. A consumer product incorporating the support element, the lid, and the container. A cardboard blank for forming the support element. Related methods.
DETERGENT PRODUCT CONTAINER WITH LOCK
A consumer product that includes a detergent product and a container, the container including a box, a lid for the box, and a lock to maintain the lid in a closed position, the box comprising the detergent product, and the lock having an actuator moveable from a locking position to an opening position.
PRISM FORMING CARDBOARD SUPPORT ELEMENT WITH FOLDING REGIONS
Examples include a cardboard support element for a cardboard container, the support element comprising a cardboard structure extending away from a base plane, a first flap connected to the cardboard structure and extended in a direction normal to the base plane, a first primary panel and a second primary panel connected by a linear ridge, a first secondary panel connecting the first flap and the first primary panel, whereby a first primary folding region parallel to the linear ridge separates the first secondary panel from the first primary panel, and a first flap folding region parallel to the linear ridge separates the first secondary panel from the first flap. The first flap folding region has a folding factor larger than a first primary folding region folding factor, a ratio of the first flap folding region folding factor to the first primary folding region folding factor being of more than 1:1.
COVER, LOCK AND ALIGNMENT MARK
Examples include a consumer product comprising a detergent product and a container, the container comprising a box, a cover for the box, and a lock to reversibly maintain the cover in a closed position. The box comprises the detergent product, the box comprising a base, sidewalls and an opening, the cover comprising a top and flanks, the cover covering the opening and the cover covering at least a specific portion of a specific sidewall of the box when the cover is in the closed position. At least one of the flanks and sidewalls comprises an alignment mark coinciding with
