20220135306 · 2022-05-05 · ·

The invention relates to a package for outgassing foods and/or maturing foods, in particular roasted coffee and/or coffee beans, comprising a bag for storing the food, which includes a film from which the bag is formed, wherein a valve is provided to enable a discharge of gas from the package bag to the outside in the event of overpressure in the package and to reduce the diffusion-related gas exchange in the case of comparable and/or equal pressure conditions in and/or outside the package bag. It is characterized in that the valve is formed as a microperforation in the film having at least one or two holes of the size of 750 μm.sup.2 to 40 000 μm.sup.2, preferably of 390 μm.sup.2 to 20 000 μm.sup.2, particularly preferably 70 μm.sup.2 to 16 000 μm.sup.2 and/or each having the diameter of 10-70 μm, preferably 20-60 μm, particularly preferably 30 μm.

HOT-FILLABLE PLASTIC CONTAINER

Plastic container comprises a container body having a bottom portion, a sidewall portion and an upper portion, with a chamber defined therein. The bottom portion includes a support surface and a variable dynamic base portion. The sidewall portion includes a lower circumferential groove ring, an upper circumferential groove ring, and a pair of longitudinal grooves extending longitudinally therebetween to define a front sidewall segment and a rear sidewall segment. The rear sidewall segment comprises a waist groove extending circumferentially between the pair of longitudinal grooves to define an upper rear sidewall segment and a lower rear sidewall segment, wherein one of the upper rear sidewall segment or the lower rear sidewall segment includes two vacuum panels with a rigid longitudinal support therebetween.

Synthetic resin-made multilayer container

A synthetic resin-made multilayer bottle includes: an outer shell bottle having a shoulder section continuing from an outer opening section, and a body section continuing from the shoulder section; a synthetic resin-made inner container body having a cylindrical inner opening section provided inside the outer opening section of the outer shell bottle, and an inner container main body continuing from the inner opening section, shaped along an inner surface shape of the outer shell bottle, which deforms by an external pressure; and an air passage formed between the outer opening section and the inner opening section and which introduces outside air between the outer shell bottle and the inner container body. The inner circumferential surface of the inner opening section is provided with a small-diameter section having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the open end of the inner opening section.

CONTAINER SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE

A plastic, hot-fillable container is provided. The container comprises a blow molded body including a neck and a base having a center portion and a plurality of spaced apart radial segments. At least a portion of each segment is tapered from an outer side to an inner side thereof. Container systems and methods of manufacturing containers are disclosed.

Transport pouch, method for transporting an item, and method for manufacturing the transport pouch

A transport pouch includes a flap portion and a body portion separated from each other by a folding portion. The transport pouch also includes a front panel and a rear panel, an adhesive closure, at least one removable cover, and a form closure. When the flap portion of the transport pouch is folded onto the body portion of the transport pouch, the flap area of the adhesive closure is adhered to the body area of the adhesive closure, and the form closure is closed, the folding portion of the transport pouch acts as a barrier that prevents billowing of the body portion of the transport pouch, caused by a relative pressure increase in the transport space due to a pressure drop in the surroundings of the transport pouch, from tearing open the form closure and thus from tearing open the adhesive closure.

Beverage container

A beverage container that includes a base, a cylindrical sidewall extending from and integrally formed with the base, and an upper region extending from the sidewall and defining an upper opening. The beverage container includes a longitudinal axis extending in a direction from the base to the upper opening. The beverage container further includes a continuous channel formed in and extending around a circumference of the sidewall. The continuous channel is sinusoidal such that the continuous channel forms peaks and troughs. A height of the continuous channel as measured in a direction of the longitudinal axis from a peak to a trough is about 30% to 80% of a height of the sidewall, such that the continuous channels resists elongation of the beverage container in a direction of the longitudinal axis.

A container including a storage chamber within which is located at least one concentrated product housed; a mixing chamber coupled to the storage chamber; and a closure element, wherein the storage chamber is isolated from the mixing chamber; the mixing chamber is defined by a body having a longitudinal length defined between opposed ends and along at least a portion of the length of the mixing chamber, the body defines circular bellows, such that the mixing chamber has a collapsed configuration when the ends of the body are urged together and an expanded configuration when the ends of the body are urged apart, the bellows further including a latching arrangement which acts to latch the bellows in their collapsed configuration and/or their expanded configuration; and wherein a first end of the mixing chamber is open and is selectively closable via the closure element.

VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT CONTAINER BASE

Base includes an outer support wall, a support surface extending inwardly from the outer support wall and defining a reference plane, an inner support wall extending upwardly from the support surface, a first radiused portion extending radially inward from the inner support wall and concave relative to the reference plane, a second radiused portion extending radially inward from the first radiused portion and convex relative to the reference plane, an intermediate surface extending radially inward from the second radiused portion, the intermediate surface including a linear portion and an intermediate radiused portion, a third radiused portion extending radially inward from the intermediate surface and convex relative to the reference plane, and a central portion disposed proximate the third radiused portion.
