A dispenser for a frangible food product and a method for operating the dispenser is disclosed. The dispenser has a hollow housing with an open end and a base, the base for receiving a release button, a cap retaining projection, the release button with a biasing means for moving a pawl from a locked position to an open position, and a cap with a retaining slot and a tooth, the retaining slot cooperating with the cap retaining projection for retaining the cap over the open end, and the tooth cooperating with the pawl in the locked position for locking the cap to the base.

The present invention relates to three stick product containers. One has a removable top cap with a crown and a hollow base, such that the top cap can be removed and inserted into the hollow base. The top cap has associated with it a thumb lever push ring to prevent the stick from rolling when laid horizontal. The other container is more suitable, for example, for a lip balm that has a top cap with a living hinge that can be flipped all the way back, inserted into a plug insert hole in the base of the cap, and then the cap is used to support the container in an at rest position to prevent it from rolling.

System for dispensing a makeup product, having a dispenser (11) that receives at least two cartridges (30), each one having a reservoir containing a base product, the latter leaving the cartridge via an outlet channel (52) of the cartridge, this outlet channel opening out at the outside of the dispenser or near the external surface thereof.

A dosing dispenser for a flowable composition includes a housing, a traveler, a plunger, and a driver. The housing defines a chamber, and the plunger is movable within the chamber. The traveler is at least partially within the chamber and configured to selectively position the plunger. The driver is at least partially within the chamber and configured to movably position the traveler relative to the driver. The driver is engaged with the traveler within the chamber.

A consumer care product includes a dispensing package. The dispensing package includes a product chamber and an outer jacket surrounding the product chamber. The product chamber includes a movable elevator platform operatively associated with a spindle of a screw assembly. The product chamber or the outer jacket includes a ratchet non-removably associated with the outer jacket or the product chamber.

In one embodiment, a device for dispensing a substance and a liquid is disclosed. The device includes a container having a top end opposing a bottom end. The top end comprises an opening and the bottom end defines a bottom wall. The container defines a compartment adapted to receive a substance. An upper portion of the container is the adapted to be covered by a cap. The device includes a cap having a mouth for covering an upper portion of the container. The cap also includes a cavity adapted to receive a spray bottle. A spray opening on the cap allows fluid to pass through the cap. The device also includes a spray bottle. The spray bottle is adapted to be received by and held within the cavity of the cap. The spray bottle is refillable and adapted to spray a fluid through a spray hole and through the spray opening on the cap.

A dispensing container for viscous products features a cream pot having an inner cylinder defining a storage volume to store a viscous product; a cap closes the cream pot and has a dispensing outlet; a screw rod rotatably connects to the cream pot; a piston having an inner thread couples to the screw rod so rotation of the screw rod moves of the piston in the inner cylinder along a longitudinal axis of the screw rod to reduce the storage volume of the inner cylinder and dispense the product through the dispensing outlet; an indexing mechanism locks the screw rod in rotational positions with respect to the cream pot and has indexing spring elements located at the screw rod and indexing sections located at a bottom of the cream pot, the indexing spring elements interact with the indexing sections to lock the screw rod with respect to the cream pot.

A liquid spray dispensing system has a liquid container receivable within a housing, provided in separable housing portions. The liquid container has at least one flexible side or end wall or a slidable end wall, movable by an actuator, to reduce the volume of a liquid storage compartment containing the liquid to be dispensed through a spray nozzle unit operably connected to the liquid storage compartment. By operating the spray nozzle unit, or a switch operably connected to a spray actuator of the spray nozzle unit, the actuator moves the flexible or slidable wall to reduce the volume of the liquid storage compartment, and thereby cause the pressurized liquid to be dispensed through the spray nozzle unit.

The present invention relates to a stick-type cosmetic-container for controlling the rotational angle of a rotating body at a predetermined angle, the stick-type cosmetic container allowing stick cosmetics to be withdrawn from or inserted in a main body by the rotation of the rotating body, having a first rotational angle adjusting part formed at the lower part of the main body, and having a second rotational angle adjusting member formed inside the rotating body so as to be elastically movable up and down, such that the first rotational angle adjusting part and the second rotational angle adjusting member engage with each other, thereby allowing, when the rotating body rotates from the main body, the second rotational angle adjusting member of the rotating body to repeatedly engage with the first rotational angle adjusting part at a predetermined rotational angle while elastically moving up and down.

Disclosed is a mixing container capable of mixing and discharging two different types of contents. The mixing container according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a main body part having an inner space therein; a rotating part rotatably coupled to one end of the main body part; a moving part that is screwed to the rotating part and can move linearly by means of rotation of the rotating part in the inner space; and a pressing part that is provided in the main body part and is elastically deformed by an external force so as to reduce the volume of the inner space, wherein the inner space is divided, by the moving part, into a first space filled with a first content and a second space filled with a second content, the first space and the second space communicate with each other by means of movement of the moving part such that the first content and the second content can be mixed, and the mixed contents are discharged by means of elastic deformation of the pressing part.
