CENTRIFUGAL DEWATERING CONVEYOR SYSTEM
A centrifugal dewatering conveyor system for removing liquid from a conveyed product comprises a modular conveyor belt designed to follow a path that includes both straight portions and helical portions. The modular conveyor belt comprises a plurality of hingedly connected modules having side walls and capable of shifting laterally relative to each other and curling up about the hinge rods to form the helical portions. In the helical portions, a centrifugal force imparted on conveyed product forces water through openings in the conveyor belt.
Elastomeric force mitigating joint
The technology disclosed provides a joint for connecting carrier units together so as to dissipate and absorb axial forces experienced by the carrier units. The joint may be comprised of a joint housing and an elastomeric insert. The housing may be comprised of a body portion and a head portion and the head portion may include an annular flange in which the elastomeric insert is configured to be secured. The elastomeric joint is capable of absorbing and dissipating horizontal, rotational, and vertical forces experienced by the carrier units in non-linear travel along a track.
Chain monitoring system
A monitoring and feedback system may provide real-time feedback on the bearings in the chain of a proofer/oven conveyor system. The system may detect a bearing seizure before any damage can occur to the track and/or may provide for improper lubrication detection. Accordingly, a chain section or a bearing may be pulled out of the conveyor system for repair/replacement, thereby prolonging the life of the conveyor system as a whole, including the conveyor chain and bearings.
PALLET REVERSING APPARATUS FOR CONVEYOR
There is provided a pallet reversing apparatus for a conveyor that conveys a pallet including a die having a front surface and a back surface. The pallet reversing apparatus for the conveyor includes: a rotating unit that rotates the pallet with respect to a conveyance direction via a shaft provided at a center of the pallet; and a hooked portion provided at one end of the shaft. The rotating unit is provided on one side of a rotation shaft of a head or a tail of the conveyor, and rotates in synchronization with the rotation shaft. The rotating unit includes a hook portion configured to rotate with respect the conveyance direction. The rotating unit rotates the hook portion by 180 degrees in a state of hooking the hook portion to the hooked portion, so that the pallet is reversed with respect to the conveyance direction.
Positive Drive for a Spiral Conveyor and Belt Module for a Radius or Spiral Conveyor
The present disclosure may be embodied as a belt module for a radius or spiral conveyor. The belt module includes first link ends extending in a direction of belt travel. Each first link end has a transverse opening. Second link ends extend in a direction opposite the first link ends and are configured to interdigitate with the first link ends of an adjacent belt module, and each second link end has a transverse opening defined therein. The transverse openings of the first and/or the second link ends are elongated. The belt modules further include a collapsible tab for contacting a frame member. The collapsible tab is located at a first transverse end of the belt module. In some embodiments, the collapsible tab is configured to engage a drive bar. The belt module may further include a guide tooth on a bottom side of the module for engaging a guide.
Self-stacking spiral modular plastic conveyor belt with intermediate support
A modular spiral belt constructed of a series of hingedly interconnected belt modules arranged in a helical stack. The modular spiral belt includes outer side plates, inner side plates and intermediate attachment members. The intermediate attachment members provide support for the conveyor belt to prevent sagging in an intermediate region.
THREE-DIMENSIONAL TRANSPORT TYPE BENCH TOP CLEANING DEVICE
A cleaning device is provided with a three-dimensional circulation route for circulating workpiece holding tools that hold a workpiece, and this three-dimensional circulation route is formed by an endless conveyor chain bendable in various directions being disposed within a rectangular parallelepiped space following along the upper and lower sides thereof. The conveyor chain circulates from an upper side horizontal transport path portion via a falling side transport path portion, a lower side horizontal transport path portion, and a rising side transport path portion, and the workpiece held in the workpiece holding tools is treated by ultrasonic cleaning, shower cleaning, steam cleaning, drying and the like. Thus, it is possible to suitably dispose a workpiece transport route in a limited rectangular parallelepiped space, and carry out cleaning operations for the workpiece efficiently.
Conveyor for conveying products in vertical direction
A conveyor for conveying products in a vertical direction comprises a frame and a drivable conveyor belt supported by the frame and following a helical track about a central centerline. The belt is provided with movable slats having upwardly directed support faces. Inner rollers and outer rollers are present at the lower side of the belt having inner axes and outer axes of rotation, respectively, which are angled with respect to the support faces. The outer rollers are located at a larger distance from the centerline than the inner rollers. The frame is provided with a first guide face for supporting the outer rollers in an outward direction which first guide face is radially directed in the outward direction and with an upwardly directed second guide faces for supporting the belt in the upward direction, which second guide face lies at a distance from the first guide face.
