A conveying device for conveying crop material from a pick-up mechanism to a baler comprises a conveying channel having a base comprising an upstream base part and a downstream base part. The downstream end of the upstream base part is supported on a pair of first resilient mounting members and the upstream end of the downstream base part is supported on a pair of second resilient support members. The first and second resilient support members, in response to the force with which crop material is being urged by the feed rotor against the upstream and downstream base parts exceeding respective first and second predefined values, yield. This results in downward displacement of the upstream base part and the downstream base part to permit crop material to pass through the conveying channel.

The paddle conveyor generally includes a first pulley including a first side and a second side and a second pulley including a first side and a second side. A first linkage is connected between the first side of the first pulley and the first side of the second pulley and a second linkage is connected between the second side of the first pulley and the second side of the second pulley. A plurality of paddles is each connected between the first linkage and the second linkage such that the plurality of paddles forms a loop for conveying a material towards the second pulley. Each of the paddles includes one or more slots through which debris from the material may fall.

Embodiments disclosed herein include a portable radial stacker for stockpiling bulk material. The stacker may include a linear conveyor having a rear portion including a hopper, and a front portion, the conveyor being designed to carry bulk material along an elevating path from a low position adjacent the rear portion to a higher position adjacent the front portion. The hopper may be pivotally mounted to the conveyor at a pivot point, with at least one hopper arm extending between the hopper and the conveyor rearward of the pivot point. The at least one hopper arm may include at least one hopper hydraulic cylinder to extend and retract the effective length of the hopper arm to raise and lower a rear end of the hopper to modify a degree of elevation of the hopper.
