Draper belt with a rubber insert inside the cleats to increase belt durability and reduce fiberglass rod
A draper belt (8) having a carry layer (14), a pulley cover layer (13), and a reinforcing layer (12) which is situated between the carry layer (14) and the pulley cover layer (13). The draper belt (8) has a first edge (30) and a second edge (31). The carry layer (14) includes a plurality of cleats (7) which run from the first edge (30) to the second edge (31) of the draper belt. The cleats (7) are reinforced with reinforcing rods which are comprised of a cured rubbery polymer which includes at least 3 phr of reinforcing fibers.
BELT CONVEYOR CAPABLE OF CONVEYING OILSEED PRODUCTS
A belt and a belt conveyor are provided for transporting particulate material and especially oilseeds up the belt conveyor. The belt conveyor can include an intake end having a hopper, a discharge end, a body extending between the intake end and the discharge end and a belt. The belt travels along a travel path in the belt conveyor; the belt traveling through the hopper, up an upper run in the body to the discharge end, down a return run in the body, and back through the hopper. The belt can have a top surface having pairs of adjacent ridges provided on the top surface, each ridge having a pair of arms extending from a point, in a travel direction of the belt, wherein each pair of adjacent ridges define a v-channel on the top surface of the belt.

MULTI-LAYERED SEAMLESS BELT AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
[Problem] A multi-layered seamless belt which has no joint part, which has less conditional unevenness and reduced thickness, and which has excellent strength and durability, heat resistance, non-adhesiveness, abrasion resistance and grip performance, and a method of producing the multi-layered seamless belt are provided.
[Solution] A multi-layered seamless belt, comprising a seamless belt substrate containing heat-resistant woven fabric and a surface layer containing a fluorine resin, a polyimide resin, silicone rubber or a fluororubber, and a method of producing the multi-layered seamless belt.
Link belt and method for producing same
A link belt is provided wherein the link belt is formed of a plurality of links forming a series of links in successive overlapping relation. The link belt includes a first end having a first connector and a second end having a second connector so that the first connector is connected with the second connector to form a continuous loop of link belt. The link belt is formed by applying a lateral force against the assembled link belt while the link belt is under an axial tension to stretch the belt. After the step of stretching the belt, the first connector is connected with the second connector to form a continuous belt.
Composite belt profile
A composite belt may include a profile, and a belt. The profile may have a strip, and nodules. The profile may be attached to the belt such that each nodule extends out from the belt. The composite belt may be included in a cooking apparatus that may also include a housing, a heat source, and a drive roller.
Rubber selection method
According to the present technology, an impact test in which an impact application member is made to free fall onto a test sample of a plurality of types of rubbers having different physical properties is performed under prescribed test conditions; data for at least one of three items including a loss energy that is absorbed by the test sample when the impact application member collides with the test sample, a thermal energy that is generated at the test sample, and an indentation amount into the test sample by the impact application member is acquired; and an optimal test sample is selected from the respective test samples on a basis of a ranking of the superiority of the respective test samples with respect to the item(s) for which data was acquired.
Belting connection mechanism
A belting connection for attaching a first end and a second end of belting. The belting has a thickness. The belting connection mechanism includes a first stepped region, a second stepped region and a first fastener. The first stepped region is proximate the first end. The first stepped region has a first aperture formed therein. The first stepped region has a first thickness. The second stepped region is proximate the second end. The second stepped region has a second aperture formed therein. The second stepped region has a second thickness. The first fastener extends through the first aperture and the second aperture to attach the first end to the second end. The first stepped region at least partially overlaps the second stepped region when the first end is attached to the second end. When the first end is attached to the second end, the first stepped region and the second stepped region have a combined thickness that is no greater than the thickness of the belting.
