Conveyor belt and endless fryer system
A flying system for flying a food product is disclosed having an endless conveyor system for cooking product in a bath of hot cooking oil. An upper conveyor belt of the conveyor system includes a plurality of protrusions on the surface that retains the food items with a lower conveyor belt. The protrusions may be formed by bars or rods that may be integrally formed with a fluid pervious surface forming the belt. Also, a process of cooking food items with an endless conveyor system.
Plants for immersion of bodyworks
A plant for immersion treatment of vehicle bodies may include: at least one skid configured to support a body; at least one process liquid tank; and/or a conveyor line configured to convey the at least one skid above the at least one process liquid tank. The at least one skid may include base and support parts. The support part may be supported on the base part using a rotatable shaft, so that the support part is rotatable between a first position, in which the body is not immersed in the at least one process liquid tank, and a second position for immersing the body in the at least one process liquid tank. The at least one skid may include a toothed wheel connected to the rotatable shaft for controlled rotation. The at least one skid may include a controllable locking/unlocking device configured to lock/unlock free rotation of the rotatable shaft.
Finishing system and method of operating
A finishing system includes a workpiece carrier configured to hold a workpiece, and a plurality of work stations arranged in a row along an axis defining a process line, each of the plurality of work stations configured to receive the workpiece and treat the workpiece. A hoist runway, including fixed and movable rail sections, extends along the plurality of work stations of the process line. A hoist is movable along the hoist runway to traverse the plurality of work stations, the hoist coupled to the workpiece carrier to raise and lower the workpiece carrier and to move the workpiece carrier along the process line. A side transfer mechanism moves the movable rail section, with the hoist situated thereon, in a direction transverse to the axis so that the hoist is movable out of the process line.
Substrate holder and plating apparatus
To provide a substrate holder and a plating apparatus that can easily position a substrate. A substrate holder includes a substrate holding body for holding a substrate, and a first holding member and a second holding member that interpose and hold the substrate holding body therebetween, and the first holding member includes an opening portion through which the plating target surface of the substrate is exposed, and a power supply member configured to be in contact with a plating target surface of the substrate.

Plants for immersion of bodyworks
A plant for treatment of car bodies may include: transport units to carry car bodies; a first transport line to move the transport units between a starting zone and an arrival zone so as to pass over at least one treatment tank; and a second transport line along which empty transport units are returned. The second transport line is configured to convey the transport units rotated on one side relative to a normal position for transporting the car bodies. A first transfer device is configured to pick up a transport unit from the first transport line, rotate the transport unit on one side, and to deliver the transport unit to the second transport line. A second transfer device is configured to pick up a transport unit from the second transport line, rotate the transport unit into the normal position, and deliver the transport unit to the first transport line.
METHOD FOR QUENCH SEASONING OF IRON/STEEL COOKWARE
The method for quench seasoning multiple units of iron/steel cookware includes the steps of: preheating each cookware unit to a temperature above the smoke point of oil in an oil bath; rapidly plunging the preheated cookware units into the oil bath to completely submerge the cookware units and quickly enough to ensure the temperature of the cookware units remain above oil smoke point; controlling the temperature of the oil bath to a ensure that the temperature of the oil bath does not reach a temperature close to oil smoke point, for example, a temperature within 20 degrees below smoke point, and retrieving the cookware units from the oil bath.
Zinc rich coating process
A coating system and related method for coating a part. The coating system having a process tank filled with a fluid coating material to a fluid coating level and an inert gas blanket formed above the fluid coating level. The coating system also having a process tank conveyor to support a part to be coated. The process tank conveyor having a submerge section which transfers the part through the inert gas blanket and below the fluid coating level, a coating residence section which maintains the part submerged below the fluid coating level for a coating period, a coating removal section which raises the part above the fluid coating level but below the inert gas blanket level, and an inert gas blanket residence section which maintains the part within the inert gas blanket level but above the fluid coating level for a drying period.

Donut icer
A donut icer or icing system is disclosed herein. The icing system is surprisingly more efficient than known methods of applying frosting to baked or fried goods, specifically, donuts. The increase in efficiency over known methods is accomplished generally through use of a plurality of conveyor belts, an icing bath, and a flip shaft assembly that allows frosted goods or donuts to flip icing side up before discharge from the system.
