A system for eliminating the need to reposition a tracked/wheeled radial stacker during stacking operations is provided, the stacker having a linear conveyor having front and rear portions, the front and rear portions being displaceable between raised and lowered positions, a bogie having a pair of continuous tracks that are selectively elevated off the ground, a pair of wheels mounted to the bogie that are displaced upwardly and downwardly, the wheels defining axes that may be shifted to position the wheels in either a substantially radial or substantially longitudinal direction, and a hydraulic cylinder system mounted to the wheels for displacing the wheels upwardly to lower the tracks to the ground or downwardly to elevate the tracks off the ground. A pair of hydraulically driven, telescoping frame members may extend rearwardly from the bogie to a mounting system that mounts the frame members to the conveyor, the mounting system defining a longitudinally extending slot with a trolley slidably mounted to the slot, the telescoping frame members being mounted to the trolley at spaced mounting points so that by extending and retracting the frame members, the rear portion of the conveyor can be raised and lowered, thereby changing inclination of the conveyor, wherein the trolley moving longitudinally in the slot takes up longitudinal movement of the conveyor as the inclination of the conveyor is changed.

A pair of hydraulically driven, telescoping frame members may extend rearwardly from the bogie to a mounting system that mounts the frame members to the conveyor, the mounting system defining a longitudinally extending slot with a trolley slidably mounted to the slot, the telescoping frame members being mounted to the trolley at spaced mounting points so that by extending and retracting the frame members, the rear portion of the conveyor can be raised and lowered, thereby changing inclination of the conveyor, wherein the trolley moving longitudinally in the slot takes up longitudinal movement of the conveyor as the inclination of the conveyor is changed.

Horizontal rotary folding arm conveyor

The invention employs a folding arm conveyor that rotates horizontally. The folding arm conveyor is mainly composed of an undercarriage mounted on the ground of a stockyard, a tower body mounted on the undercarriage, a balance arm, a conveying arm, a tower top, and other main components, wherein the balance arm, the conveying arm, and the tower top are mounted on the tower body. The conveying arm is provided with two portal frames (I) and (II) and an unloading trolley. The tower body is provided with a gyration apparatus and a hopper. The balance arm is provided with a balance trolley. The folding arm conveyor can rotate horizontally, and the conveying arm can be folded and retraced by controlling the wind rope by the windlass, so that the folding arm conveyor can be prevented from colliding with other devices or buildings during the rotation.

The piler conveyor system generally includes a frame supporting an upper conveyor and a pair of lower conveyors. The upper conveyor is adapted to receive materials such as beets. As the materials are conveyed by the upper conveyor, debris such as tare dirt or the like will fall through screening openings in the upper conveyor and onto the lower conveyor. The lower conveyor may then dispense the debris through a debris opening. The materials will drop off the end of the upper conveyor and fall onto the second lower conveyor, which will convey the screened materials to be dispensed.

A corner of the outer terminal edge of the yoke is disposed coincident with the tarp section seam. A transition seam is disposed between the outer terminal edge of the yoke and inner edge of the tarp body. An opening in the yoke has an outer circumference coincident with the inner edge of the yoke so that the opening is configured to receive grain for storing underneath the fill under tarp.

The top layer is scraped from a stack of material present in a compartment by a scraper and deposited in the next compartment. This scraping operation is repeated until the previous compartment is completely empty. After a compartment has thus been completely filled, the material present therein is given the opportunity to be processed. A fully emptied compartment is filled again with material from a previous compartment. The material present in the end compartment, after being processed, is removed by a discharge conveyor belt. The invention also focuses on the operation of such a device.
