An object processing system is disclosed that includes a plurality of track sections, and a plurality of remotely actuatable carriers for controlled movement along at least portions of the plurality of track sections, wherein each of the remotely controllable carriers is adapted to support and transport an object processing bin.
Conveying device and carriage for conveying device
The invention relates to a conveying device comprising at least one movable carriage on which at least one first group and at least one second group of track rollers are disposed, and a track rail disposed so as to be locationally fixed for guiding the carriage. The track rail has at least one track face, at least one straight portion and at least one curved portion. The track rollers are configured in such a manner that during movement of the carriage along the straight portion, exclusively the track rollers of the first group roll on the track face assigned to the straight portion, and during movement of the carriage along the curved portion, exclusively the track rollers of the second group roll on the track face assigned to the curved portion. The invention furthermore relates to a further conveying device and corresponding carriages, as described herein.
ROBOTIC DELIVERY UNIT AND SYSTEM
Aspects of the present disclosure involve an intelligent ordering and delivery system. An internet-based device is used to request delivery of an object or item at a specific location. An internet-of-things robot processes the request and automatically delivers the object or item to the specified location.
Roller tracks with removable roller support bars, cable dividers and living hinges
A roller track includes a base, parallel guides, roller support bars placed into their respective guides, and a plurality of rollers removably disposed between the roller support bars. The roller support bars preferably are removably secured to the base via the respective guides which are affixed to the base. The base also can be provided with connecting elements sidewalls thereof such that a plurality of bases of roller tracks can be connected laterally to accommodate any width of shelf or display planogram. Thus, the roller tracks can be used either separately roller tracks or as a continuous mat (i.e. a plurality of roller tracks affixed to adjacent roller tracks). Additionally, dividers can be removably affixed to each roller track via securing members comprising an upper body portion formed via a living hinge and at least one lower connector that removably connects the securing member to the roller track.
CONVEYING SYSTEM WITH CHAIN FOR TRANSPORTING ARTICLES, IN PARTICULAR GOODS, ALONG A PREDETERMINED PATH
A conveyor installation for the transportation of articles along a predefined path includes a running rail, at least one running carriage which is freely movable along the running rail, and a driven engagement device which extends at least in sections along the running rail and which includes a multiplicity of engagement elements movable along the running rail. Reliable and quiet operation is achieved in that the engagement elements are movable back and forth between two stable positions, wherein, in the first stable position, the engagement elements can be moved relative to the at least one running carriage past the running carriage without entering into engagement with the running carriage (non-engagement position), and wherein, in the second stable position, the engagement elements, during a movement relative to the at least one running carriage past the running carriage, compulsorily enter into engagement with the at least one running carriage (engagement position).
TRANSPORT CARRIER SYSTEM AND OVERHEAD CONVEYOR DEVICE COMPRISING TRANSPORT CARRIERS FOR TRANSPORTING SUSPENDED GOODS
The invention relates to a transport carrier (2) and a transport carrier system for an overhead conveying device (1), in which the transport carrier comprises a universally applicable base body (30) and supporting body (40a, 40b) exchangeable by means of a connecting device (50), which supporting body (40a, 40b) in a first configuration is provided with a completely enclosed receiving opening for transporting transport bags, and in a second configuration is provided with a suspension hook for transporting an article suspended on a clothes hanger. The connecting device (50) comprises a profile groove (60) extending perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (51) and a profile projection (61) extending perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The profile groove forms an undercut (62) and is provided with an insertion opening (63) on the end side in the direction of its longitudinal extension. The profile projection comprises a profile web (64) and a profile head (65) formed on the profile web so as to expand the cross section. Moreover, the invention relates to an overhead conveying device with such a transport carrier system and an unloading station for automatic unloading of transport bags suspended on transport carriers.
Double-station cleaning system
Provided is a double-station cleaning system comprising a cleaning machine, wherein workpieces are placed into the feeding frames, the feeding frames are placed into trays, the bracket assembly is pushed to drive the trays to move along the guide rail assembly, the feeding frame in one of the trays is conveyed to a feeding inlet of the cleaning machine, the feeding frame is pushed to move along two rows of nylon wheels and linear guide rails inside the cleaning machine, and the feeding frame and the workpieces in the feeding frame are pushed into the cleaning machine so as to be cleaned. The double stations work alternately, so that the work time is saved, and the work efficiency is increased.
CARRIAGE FOR A CONVEYING SYSTEM AND A CONVEYING SYSTEM WITH CARRIAGES
A carriage for a rail-guided conveying system includes a carriage body, which is designed for embracing a runner rail and which includes a first and a second limb. The limbs are connected to one another by way of a transversely extending connecting section. The first limb has a first roller pair and the second limb has a second roller pair. The first and the second roller pair of the two limbs are arranged crosswise equal and offset to one another. In each case a first runner roller of the first and of the second roller pair is designed as a support roller, via which the load of the carriage can be transmitted onto the runner rail, and a second roller of the first and second roller pair is designed as a guide roller for guiding the carriage along the runner rail.
Conveyor system and method for conveying goods
A conveyor system for conveying goods having a lying conveyor for conveying the goods horizontally, where the lying conveyor includes a sorting device with multiple delivery points, and having an overhead conveyor, by way of which the goods are conveyed in a suspended manner on a goods carrier, where the overhead conveyor is connected to at least one of the delivery points for delivering the goods.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TURNING, OPENING AND FILLING TRANSPORT BAGS CONVEYED IN A SUSPENDED MANNER
A conveying unit (10) for the suspended transport of transport elements (40) in a conveyor system, in particular a rail-guided (86) conveyor system or a conveyor-chain system, includes a support hook (21) attached to a conveying element (20), in particular a carriage or a conveyor-chain link, a transport element (40), and a suspension hook (41) attached to the transport element, wherein the suspension hook is mounted in a suspended manner in the support hook. The support hook is configured such that the suspension hook can take up two stable positions (61, 62) in the support hook. The suspension hook (41) in a first stable position (61) has been turned through an angle with respect to the suspension hook in a second stable position (62).
