ADHESIVE PIECE
The invention relates to an adhesive piece for the adhesive connection of material webs. The adhesive piece comprises an adhesive compound carrier which bears adhesive compound on two opposite sides, and at least one release liner which originally covers, at least in certain regions, the adhesive compound carrier and also the adhesive compound present there, protrudes at least in certain regions beyond the adhesive compound carrier, and is removable by a release liner removal apparatus.
RELEASE LINER REMOVAL APPARATUS
The invention relates to a release liner removal apparatus, comprising at least one release liner removal device for removing at least one release liner from at least one adhesive piece arranged on a material web, at least one support body which supports the at least one release liner removal device, and at least one guide body which is arranged adjacent to the at least one release liner removal device at least during the removal of the at least one release liner and which serves for guiding the material web.
MATERIAL WEB DRAWING-IN APPARATUS
The invention relates to a material web drawing-in apparatus for drawing in a material web. The material web drawing-in apparatus comprises at least one material web holding device for holding the material web to be drawn in, and at least one guide for guiding the at least one material web holding device from a material web drawing-in point to a material web transfer point, and also at least one drawing-in drive which is in connection with the at least one material web holding device and which serves for displacing the at least one material web holding device along the at least one guide upon drawing in the material web to be drawn in in the direction of the material web transfer point.
MATERIAL WEB DRAWING-IN APPARATUS
The invention relates to a plant having at least one material roll preparation arrangement for bringing a material roll carrying a material web to be drawn in into a defined initial situation, and having at least one material web working/processing arrangement, in particular material web dispensing arrangement, in particular material web unrolling arrangement, in particular material web splicing arrangement, which material web working/processing arrangement is capable, owing to the defined initial situation of the material roll, of receiving the material roll in automated fashion and preferably receiving the material web in automated fashion and/or preparing the material web in automated fashion.
Printing apparatus
A printing apparatus capable of fixing a medium appropriately during printing is provided. The printing apparatus includes a feeding roller, a printing portion configured to make a print on the textile supplied from the feeding roller, and a conveyance portion configured to convey the textile to the printing portion. The conveyance portion includes a pressure roller configured to sandwich the textile and rotate along with conveyance of the textile. The printing apparatus further includes a brake roller disposed between the pressure roller and the feeding roller for producing force acting on the textile against conveyance force for the textile by the conveyance portion to apply tension to the textile between the brake roller and the pressure roller. Tension smaller than tension exerted on the textile between the brake roller and the pressure roller is exerted on the textile between the brake roller and the feeding roller.
Slit band sheet coiling-tension applying device
A device for applying coiling-tension to a slit band sheet (1) includes: an upper structure (3) that is disposed on the upper side of a band sheet (2) which has been passed through a slitter line and slitted; and a lower structure (4) that is disposed on the lower side of the band sheet (2). The upper structure (3) includes two cooling rolls (6) over which an upper belt (5) is stretched, and an upper pressing part (7) that is disposed between the cooling rolls (6). Further, the lower structure (4) includes two cooling roller (9) over which a lower belt (8) is stretched, and a lower pressing part (10) that is disposed between the cooling rolls (9).
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE OPTIMAL USE OF WINDABLE MATERIAL DURING WINDING UP AND/OR UNWINDING
A method and a device for optimal use of windable material during winding up onto and/or unwinding from storage drums operates in conjunction with feeding to winding machines. The windable material can be a textile web, a fabric web, a wire or the like. A counterforce necessary for keeping the tension force acting on the windable material constant is maintained until all of the windable material has been fed into subsequent processing. The counterforce may be maintained by a connecting element that is connected to the windable material and to the storage drum, is able to be wound up, and is of lower quality than the windable material. In the device, controllable means generate the counterforce counteracting the tension force until all of the windable material has been drawn into the subsequent processing device.
Self-contained tension control system
Apparatus and methods are provided for a self-contained tension control system. An example self-contained tension control system can include a brake system configured to provide tension friction to a web, a tension transducer to provide tension information indicative of tension of the web, a controller configured to receive the tension information, to compare the tension information to set point information, and to provide a command signal to the brake system, and an enclosure configured to enclose the brake system, the tension transducer, and the controller, the enclosure including a first web opening and a second web opening configured to allow the web to enter the enclosure and to pass through the enclosure to equipment downstream of the self-contained tension control system.
