Coating transfer tool
The coating film transfer tool includes a feeding portion that feeds tape with a coating film, a transfer head that transfers the coating film from the tape onto a transfer target surface, a cassette to which the transfer head is fixed, and a head cap. Shaft portions are provided on either the head cap or the transfer head/cassette, and shaft bearing holes are provided on the other one. Due to relative rotation of the shaft portions, the head cap rotates between a closed position for covering the transfer head and an open position for exposing the transfer head. The distances from the rotation axis to the shaft portion and to the shaft bearing hole change along the circumferential direction. The head cap is biased toward the closed position when located on the closed position side, and is biased toward the open position when located on the open position side.
RAPID REACTION HOOD SYSTEM
A rapid reaction hood system includes at least one linear conveyor and a hood attached to the at least one conveyor and including a slot configured to collect dust emissions. The rapid reaction hood system also includes at least one proximity sensor positioned on the hood and configured to detect a distance from the hood to a roll of material. The conveyor is configured to move the hood linearly in response to a detection by the at least one proximity sensor.
Sheet containing system and image forming apparatus
A sheet containing system includes a containing member, a feed device, an ascending device, and a powder applying device. The containing member has a wall portion and is to contain a sheet. The feed device feeds the sheet to an outside of the containing member. The ascending device moves up the sheet contained in the containing member toward the feed device. The powder applying device is provided in the wall portion disposed on a downstream side in the containing member in a transport direction of the sheet. The powder applying device applies powder to an end portion of the sheet on the downstream side in the transport direction of the sheet.
Sheet processing apparatus
In a sheet processing apparatus including a guide member that rotates by contact with a sheet processing unit, collision of the sheet processing unit with the guide member in a rotating state is avoided. A sheet conveyance apparatus includes: sheet processing units that move along one movement path intersecting a conveyance direction of a sheet; guide members that each include a fixed end rotatable about a rotation center line and support the sheet from below; a biasing member that biases the guide member so as to return to an original orientation in which a part of the guide member is located on the movement path; and a collision determination unit that determines, before at least one of the sheet processing units is moved and based on a movement start position and a target position of a movement target sheet processing unit and a size and an orientation before start of movement of the guide member, whether or not there is a possibility of occurrence of collision of the movement target sheet processing unit with the guide member in a rotating state.
SHEET CONTAINING SYSTEM AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet containing system includes a containing member, a feed device, an ascending device, and a powder applying device. The containing member has a wall portion and is to contain a sheet. The feed device feeds the sheet to an outside of the containing member. The ascending device moves up the sheet contained in the containing member toward the feed device. The powder applying device is provided in the wall portion disposed on a downstream side in the containing member in a transport direction of the sheet. The powder applying device applies powder to an end portion of the sheet on the downstream side in the transport direction of the sheet.
Stacking apparatus and feeding apparatus
A first notch portion to which a first limiting member is movable and a second notch portion to which a second limiting member is movable are formed in a stacking surface of a stacking unit, and the first and second notch portions are arranged such that a minimum distance between the first notch portion and a center of the stacking unit in the widthwise direction is smaller than a minimum distance between the second notch portion and the center of the stacking unit in the widthwise direction.
Medium storage box and medium handling device
A medium storage box includes an internal storage space configured to store a paper sheet-shaped medium. The medium storage box includes: a first opening into which an insertion member is inserted from outside; a second opening through which the medium passes; a first shutter member that closes off the first opening; a second shutter member that closes off the second opening; and a biasing mechanism that biases either the first shutter member, or the second shutter member, or both, in a closing direction. The first shutter member is configured to be pressed by the insertion member and moves in an opening direction during insertion of the insertion member, such that a portion of the first shutter member abuts the second shutter member and moves the second shutter member in an opening direction.
SHEET ACCOMMODATING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet accommodating device includes a housing; a sheet accommodating portion configured to accommodate a sheet and detachably mountable in the housing, the accommodating portion including, a supporting member supporting the accommodating portion so as to be rotatable relative to the housing, a movable member movable relative to the supporting member along the supporting member, a first urging member urging the movable member in a moving direction of the supporting member, a regulating member movable in a direction crossing with the moving direction of the movable member, and a second urging member urging the regulating member so as to protrude it from the movable member. The housing is provided with an engageable member engaged with the regulating member.
MEDIUM STORAGE BOX AND MEDIUM HANDLING DEVICE
A medium storage box includes an internal storage space configured to store a paper sheet-shaped medium. The medium storage box includes: a first opening into which an insertion member is inserted from outside; a second opening through which the medium passes; a first shutter member that closes off the first opening; a second shutter member that closes off the second opening; and a biasing mechanism that biases either the first shutter member, or the second shutter member, or both, in a closing direction. The first shutter member is configured to be pressed by the insertion member and moves in an opening direction during insertion of the insertion member, such that a portion of the first shutter member abuts the second shutter member and moves the second shutter member in an opening direction.

A printer for kiosks is disclosed that includes an anti-intrusion door that is movable between a normal closed position and an open position in which it respectively closes and opens a passage through which a printed document is guided, moving from the normal closed position to the open position by a thrust exerted by the exiting document and returning to the closed position through the effect of its weight after the printed document has been removed.
