MOBILE CRANE WITH A LUFFING MAIN BOOM AND WITH AN ADDITIONAL BOOM SYSTEM
A vehicle crane having a luffable main jib and an additional jib system arranged on a free end section of the main jib and comprising a first additional jib part and a second additional jib part. To further reduce the weight of the additional jib system and the vehicle crane fitted therewith, and to permit an overall more economical mode of production, the first additional jib part has a rectangular cross-section having four longitudinal chords connected together via transverse struts or/and diagonal struts and the second additional jib part has a triangular cross-section having three longitudinal chords connected together via transverse struts, wherein the two additional jib parts are coupled, or can be coupled, together via a cross-section change adapter.
VEHICLE CRANE COMPRISING A JIB SYSTEM
A vehicle crane having a superstructure with a jib system including a main jib mounted in a luffable manner on the superstructure, with a jib head and a luffable additional jib and at least one luffing support supported in the region of a luffing axis of the additional jib. At least one guying support of the jib system is arranged in such a manner that a tensioner starting on the one hand from the superstructure and/or from a counterweight and connected on the other hand to the additional jib is guided via the at least one guying support and the at least one luffing support. A main jib extension is incorporated between the jib head and the additional jib with the at least one guying support supported at the main jib extension to obtain a longer design of the jib system with the highest possible permissible bearing load.
Crane comprising first mast with tiltable first mast upper part
Provided is a crane with a main boom and a back mast, of which at least one comprises a first mast upper part comprising at least one mast section and a first mast lower part comprising at least one mast section, and a first mast tilting. The first mast tilting member is arranged between the first mast upper part and the first mast lower part, and has a straight hoisting state wherein the first mast upper part and the first mast lower part are essentially in line with each other, and a tilted hoisting state wherein the first mast upper part is tilted with respect to the first mast lower part.
Telescoping jib comprising a guying system for a mobile crane and guying method therefor
A telescoping jib of a mobile crane with telescoping sections that telescope inwards and outwards from a jib base casing, and a guying system for the telescoping jib having at least one cable extending between a guying frame and a fixed point by a guying support and is anchored by guying supports, where each guying support comprises a holding mechanism for the cable. A method for guying a telescoping jib of a mobile crane in which at least one cable is anchored between a guying frame on the telescoping jib consisting of a jib base casing and a plurality of telescoping segments and a fixed point on the telescoping jib, and the at least one cable is guided by means of at least one guying support supported on the jib base casing head or a telescoping segment head of the telescoping jib.
Telescopic jib bracing device
A telescopic jib bracing unit for a mobile crane includes a holding frame which is embodied for fastening to the telescopic jib of the mobile crane and exhibits an open cross-section, the cross-sectional opening of which enables the jib to be retracted into the holding frame, and two bracing supports which are connected by the holding frame to form a structural unit. Two frame parts which form the open cross-section of the holding frame are coupled to each other via a coupling point such that they can be moved with respect to each other. A bracing unit transport system, a mobile crane and a fitting method are also provided.
Crane vehicle
A crane vehicle achieves safe movement by reliably detecting an obstacle in a region which is a blind spot from the opposite side of the driver seat across a boom. The crane vehicle includes an obstacle sensor which is a transmission/reception antenna that transmits a detection wave and receives the detection wave reflected from the obstacle. A signal corresponding to the reflected wave received by the obstacle sensor is amplified and input to a controller, which calculates the position and the size of the obstacle on the basis of the signal. The controller generates an obstacle display image and displays the image on a display, the obstacle display image including a vehicle object that represents a crane vehicle and an obstacle object which is an object corresponding to the calculated size of the obstacle and which is disposed at a position corresponding to the calculated position of the obstacle.
MARINE KNUCKLE BOOM CRANE
A marine knuckle boom crane includes a pedestal and a crane housing rotational relative to the pedestal. A knuckle boom assembly is attached to the crane housing and includes a main boom and a spreader type jib. A hoisting system includes a first departure sheave and a second departure sheave on the jib, and a third departure sheave mounted to the main boom or to the crane housing. One or more winches drive a first, second, and third cable which are each connected to an object suspension device and each pass via the first, second, and third departure sheave, respectively, to the respective winch. The first, the second, and the third cable together define an inverted pyramid which diverges upwards from the object suspension device when handling the object.
Crane
A crane calculates the resonance frequency of the fluctuation of a suspended load determined from the hanging length of a main wire rope or a sub wire rope, generates a control signal for actuators, in accordance with the operation of a turning operation tool, a hoisting operation tool and the like, and generates a filtering control signal for the actuators in which a frequency component in any frequency range has been attenuated from the control signal at any ratio in reference to the resonance frequency. When the actuators are controlled by the operation of the respective operation tool and when the actuators are controlled regardless of the operation of the respective operation tool, the frequency range to be attenuated and the attenuation ratio are switched to different settings.
