Four-dimensional crane rail measurement systems
A method and system for conducting a non-contact survey of an overhead crane runway system using a survey apparatus that is alternately located in the crane bay or on a crane bridge girder. Disclosed more particularly are a method and system for testing an overhead crane runway beam 3D alignment or an overhead crane runway rail 3D alignment using a 3D laser scanner.
LIFTING APPARATUS FOR RAISING AND LOWERING HEAVY OBJECTS
A lifting apparatus for raising and lowering objects has two frame assemblies positioned one above the other, so as to be mutually parallel, with respect to a vertical direction, the lower frame assembly suspended on the upper frame assembly using lifting traction means, such that the lower frame assembly can be drawn up towards the upper frame assembly by winding the lifting traction means, and the lower frame assembly can be lowered relative to the upper frame assembly by unwinding the lifting traction means. The lifting apparatus has oblique traction means extending between the frame assemblies that can be wound and unwound using a tensioning device, two of which mutually intersect such that the lower frame assembly is stabilized, relative to the upper frame assembly, in at least one deflection direction transverse to the vertical direction.
CABLE WINCH ARRANGEMENT
A cable winch arrangement (1) which includes at least one cable drum (2), which is mounted rotatably about a drum axis (3), for winding up and/or unwinding at least one cable (30-37), and a supporting structure (20), and a spindle drive (14) for displacing the cable drum (2) relative to the supporting structure (20), wherein the spindle drive (14) has a spindle (16) extending along a spindle axis (15), and a cable run-off point (6) of the at least one cable (30-37), at which the cable (30-37) runs tangentially onto and/or out from the cable drum (2), is at least substantially positionally fixed with respect to the supporting structure (20), and the spindle axis (15) is arranged coaxially with respect to the drum axis (3) of the cable drum (2).
FOUR-DIMENSIONAL CRANE RAIL MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS
A system for conducting a non-contact survey of an overhead crane runway system using a survey apparatus that is alternately located in the crane bay or on a crane bridge girder. Disclosed more particularly is a system for testing an overhead crane runway beam 3D alignment or an overhead crane runway rail 3D alignment using a 3D laser scanner.
CRANE, IN PARTICULAR BRIDGE CRANE OR GANTRY CRANE, HAVING AT LEAST ONE CRANE GIRDER
A crane, such as a bridge crane or gantry crane, having at least one horizontally extending crane girder, which is designed as a lattice girder having a plurality of braces and on which a crane trolley having a lifting device can be moved. At least some of the braces are planiform, and each of the planiform braces has a flat main surface, which extends transversely to a longitudinal direction of the crane girder. On each longitudinal side of the braces, a first cut-out and a second cut-out are provided in the main surfaces. The longitudinal sides of at least some of the planiform braces are free of edge bends at least between the first and second cutouts.
ROPE HOIST
A rope hoist which hoists and lowers a cargo via a wire rope includes: a frame structure which rotatably supports a wheel; a rope drum mechanism which is provided on one side of the frame structure in a width direction, and includes a drum motor which rotates the rope drum; a counterweight which is provided on another side of the frame structure in the width direction and is arranged in a state of having a space with respect to the frame structure; and a control unit which is attached to a side of the counterweight opposite to the rope drum mechanism in the width direction and inverter-controls the drum motor, to the rope drum mechanism side of the counterweight, a braking resistor part which processes regenerative electric power in the inverter control is attached in a state of being located in the space.
