Winch Assembly
A winch assembly (50) including: a winch shaft (12) rotatably mounted within a bracket (18) and adapted for rotation about a first axis (68); a substantially right-angled drive transferring mechanism having a drive input coupled to a manual tool engagement device and drive output coupled to the winch shaft (12), the tool engagement device adapted for rotation about a second axis (72) extending substantially radially from the first axis (68), wherein manual rotation of the tool engagement device causes rotation of the winch shaft (12); and an anti-twist bar (64) attached to the bracket (18) to reduce twist during rotation of the winch shaft (12).
COME ALONG DEVICE
Provided is an improved come along device with a handle, a release trigger for a stop pawl, and a push tab for a release pawl. The handle may allow an operator to better grasp the come along device. The release trigger allows an operator to release tension in a cable by disengaging the stop pawl when the trigger is pulled and engaging the stop pawl when the trigger is released. The push tab allows an operator to disengage the release pawl when the push tab is pressed and engage the release pawl when the push tab is pulled.
ROPE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
An apparatus for automated rope management on a vessel is described. The apparatus may include a first retraction unit configured to provide rotation about a first rotational axis, a second retraction unit connected to the first retraction unit and configured to provide rotation about a second rotational axis, and a mounting bracket coupled to the first retraction unit and configured for mounting the apparatus to the vessel.
Lifting device
A lifting device is disclosed for elevating an object between a first elevation and a second elevation. The lifting device comprises a base frame, a load bearing frame coupled to the base frame, an elevation reducing frame coupled to the load bearing frame and an extension frame coupled to the elevation reducing frame. A mounting bracket is coupled to the base frame. The mounting bracket engages a rung of a ladder. A load winch is coupled to the load bearing frame and lifts the object and transferring the weight of the object to the ladder. The base frame, the load bearing frame and the elevation reducing frame define an object chamber for receiving the object in the object chamber and increasing the elevation of the object relative to the extension frame.
ROPE GUIDANCE FOR SECOND DEVICE USED ON DURAHOIST ARM
A line guidance device (40) is provided for use with a confined space entry/retrieval hoist and fall protection anchorage system (10) and includes a line guide (46) that guides a line from an extend/retract line device (22) past another extend/retract line device (20) with both devices (20, 22) mounted on a backside (24) of a mast (12) of the system (10).

GATE CHAIN TIGHTENING MECHANISM
A securing apparatus includes a housing, a shaft, a sprocket having teeth, a bracket having a tooth, and a torsional spring. One end of a chain is coupled with the apparatus and a rotation of the shaft wraps the chain around the shaft thereby tightening the shaft. The bracket engages the teeth of the sprocket and the torsional spring maintains said engagement. A rotation of the shaft causes the bracket tooth to engage another tooth of the sprocket teeth further wrapping the chain around the shaft thereby tightening the chain.
