A chain block comprises: a first rotary body in which a first tooth part f is arranged; a second rotary body comprising a second tooth part which opposes to a first tooth part with magnetic attraction force and releasing the magnetic coupling state by sliding toward thrust direction; a clutch pin integrally provided with the second rotary body; a clutch receiving member comprising a plurality of recessed pockets to which the clutch pin enters according to a slide of the second rotary body; wherein the plurality of pockets comprise; a hoisting-side pocket in which a magnetic member is arranged; a lowering-side pocket in which a magnetic member is arranged; and an intermediate pocket which exists between the hoisting-side pocket and the lowering-side pocket and which the clutch pin enters in a state of not being magnetically attracted.

Multiple action hoist
11056863 · 2021-07-06 ·

A hoist for transferring the ends of power lines between supports at different locations including a pair of hoist mechanisms each having a respective tension line receiving drum and which are simultaneously operable with a single crank arm. Each drum has a respective ratchet mechanism that can be selectively set such that upon pivotable movement of the single crank arm between a first and second positions the ratchet mechanisms (i) simultaneously rotate both the drums in a take up direction for simultaneously winding said tensions lines onto the drums, (ii) simultaneously enable rotation of the drums in a release direction for simultaneously unwinding the tensions lines from the drums, or (iii) rotate one drum in a take-up direction for winding the respective tension line on the one drum while simultaneously enabling rotating the other drum in a release direction for unwinding the tension line from the other drum.

Automatic lubrication arrangement for a hoist
10900559 · 2021-01-26 ·

An automatic lubricating arrangement for a chain hoist in which a lubricating body is inserted in a downwardly angled hole in a fixed structure enclosing a rotary drive member engaging the chain. The lower end of lubricating body rubs a surface on the rotary drive member to deposit lubricant thereon as the drive member is rotated, which lubricant body is pushed laterally along and onto adjacent chain links.

A Device For Bearing The Weight Of A Load
20200337921 · 2020-10-29 ·

There is provided a weight bearing device for being located overhead to support the weight of a load applied to the device in use. Embodiments comprise a reel for winding up or unwinding a support belt for supporting the load, the reel being rotatable about a first axis of rotation. An actuator element is provided for being driven about a second axis of rotation to drive a locking mechanism to lock the reel against unwinding of the support belt when the weight of the load is applied to the support belt. The reel is released by the locking mechanism when the weight of the load is removed from the support belt. Methods for use of the device are also provided.
