Rotating container dumper
A rotating container dumper includes a bin assembly having at least one opening configured to receive a container, a frame that is configured to receive the bin assembly, and a linkage system that is operably coupled to the frame and the bin assembly. The linkage system is configured to rotate the bin assembly between a home position and a deployed position. In the home position, the bin assembly is disposed within the frame and a first opening of the at least one opening is positioned at a top of the bin assembly. In the deployed position, the bin assembly is disposed outside of the frame and the first opening of the at least one opening is positioned at a bottom of the bin assembly.
Computer rack lifter structure
An apparatus is described that forms a lifting and lowering assembly for equipment racks, or other equipment items, by attaching lifters onto a computer equipment rack, and other datacenter equipment, in order to allow the equipment or equipment rack to be raised or lowered vertically without unloading the equipment rack. The lifters mounted on the equipment rack are controlled by a remote control passing signals through a power supply/relay control box that are connected to the rack mounted lifters. Through the attachment and activation of rack mounted lifters, the assembly may raise and lower fully loaded equipment racks in a vertical direction to assist in the maintenance and relocation of equipment racks or other data center equipment.

FENESTRATION LOWERING DEVICE
Example aspects of a fenestration-lowering device and a method for using a fenestration-lowering device are disclosed. The fenestration-lowering device can include a frame; a support platform configured to move relative to the frame; and a hydraulic lowering mechanism configured to move the support platform. The method for using the fenestration-lowering device can include providing a hydraulic lowering mechanism for moving a support platform of the fenestration-lowering device from a raised orientation to a lowered orientation; setting a fenestration product on the support platform in the raised orientation; activating the hydraulic lowering mechanism to move the support platform from the raised orientation to the lowered orientation; and removing the fenestration product from the support platform.
Gangway having position locking assembly
A gangway comprising a fixed platform. A support structure is connected to the fixed platform in a manner that allows the support structure to rotate with respect to the fixed platform. A releasable position locking assembly that inhibits rotation of the support structure in a raising direction is also provided. The releasable locking assembly includes a closed-loop fluid arrangement.

Hydraulic height adjustment device for installing ultra-heavy structure
The present invention relates to a hydraulic height adjusting device for installing a heavy-weight structure to secure stable horizontal bearing power against a horizontal load of a heavy-weight upper structure. The present invention includes a lower frame which is installed on a top surface of the carrier and is provided with a plurality of receiving portions formed in an upwardly opened shape; and a hydraulic cylinder which is disposed in and engaged to the respective receiving portions of the lower frame, the hydraulic cylinder being moved in a vertical direction to adjust the height of the upper structure, in a state in which an upper end thereof supports the upper structure. The receiving portion is provided with a support guide which is interposed between an inner wall of the receiving portion and the hydraulic cylinder to annually enclose the hydraulic cylinder and thus prevent the hydraulic cylinder from being tilted.
