IMPROVEMENT OF ANTI-CAKING PROPERTIES OF AMMONIUM NITRATE PARTICLES THAT ARE STORED IN A CLOSED CONTAINER
The present application relates to a closed container containing ammonium nitrate (AN) particles in an amount of 91 to 99.75 weight % and desiccant in an amount of 0.25 and 9 weight %, wherein the AN particles have a water content of between 0 and 0.7 weight %, and the desiccant particles comprise between 50 and 95 weight % of AN and between 5 and 50 weight % of magnesium nitrate dispersed in the AN. The application furthermore relates to a method for producing of ammonium nitrate particles that are stored in a closed container and having improved anti-caking properties.
UREA AMMONIUM NITRATE PRODUCTION
The invention relates to a process for the production of urea ammonium nitrate, a system and a method of modifying a plant. The process comprises treating ammonia-containing off-gas resulting from the production of ammonium nitrate (AN off-gas) with acidic scrubbing liquid in a finishing treatment section having a gas inlet in fluid communication with a gas outlet of a finishing section of a urea production unit, wherein the finishing section is adapted to solidify urea liquid, and wherein said finishing treatment section is adapted to subject ammonia-containing off-gas of the finishing section to treatment with an acidic scrubbing liquid.
A PROCESS FOR INTEGRATED PRODUCTION OF UREA AND UREA-AMMONIUM NITRATE
Integrated process for the production of urea and urea-ammonium nitrate, comprising: reacting ammonia and carbon dioxide to form a reaction mixture (4) containing urea and unconverted materials, and also comprising the recovery of unconverted materials in a first recovery stage at a first pressure and in a second recovery stage at a second pressure, wherein ammonia-containing offgas (19) released by said second recovery stage are condensed at said second pressure, and said condensed offgas (20) are recycled to said first recovery stage.
Process of clean production of electronic grade high-purity copper oxide
The present disclosure provides a process of clean production of electronic grade high-purity copper oxide. The process includes (1) preparing a carbon-ammonia system solution with a certain ratio of CO.sub.2, NH.sub.3 and H.sub.2O; (2) dissolving copper under a slightly negative pressure and at a system temperature less than or equal to 60 C.; the reaction ends until the concentration of copper in the carbon-ammonia system solution reaches 80 to 140 g/L; (3) adding sodium polyacrylate; the reaction solution is heated to 60-80 C. under a reduced pressure for deamination; (4) disposing basic copper carbonate to separate the solid from the liquid by a centrifuge to give an filter cake and copper-containing clear solution; (5) calcining the filter cake at 250-600 C. for 1-5 hours to give an electronic grade high purity copper oxide; ammonia collected in step (3), the copper-containing clear solution collected in step (4), and carbon dioxide and water vapor collected in step (5) are transferred to the solution-preparing device of step (1) and directly used as raw materials for preparing carbonate-ammonia system solution, wherein the copper-containing clear solution is used as water. The process of production of the disclosure has a shortened processing line and a low energy consumption; it is not only cost saving but also can achieve goals of energy saving, reduced emission and environment pollution.

The invention relates to a process for the production of urea ammonium nitrate, a system and a method of modifying a plant. The process comprises treating ammonia-containing off-gas resulting from the production of ammonium nitrate (AN off-gas) with acidic scrubbing liquid in a finishing treatment section having a gas inlet in fluid communication with a gas outlet of a finishing section of a urea production unit, wherein the finishing section is adapted to solidify urea liquid, and wherein said finishing treatment section is adapted to subject ammonia-containing off-gas of the finishing section to treatment with an acidic scrubbing liquid.

A process for producing a NOx reductant AUS 32 solution (diesel exhaust fluid), including at least the mixing of water and a particulate composition including (i) urea and an additive comprising component (ii). The additive component is a combination of at least one polymer or oligomer containing amino groups and at least one functionalized polyvinyl compound, wherein the proportion by weight of component (i) in the particulate composition is >60% by weight and the proportion by weight of component (ii) in the particulate composition is <1% by weight and wherein a urea solution is obtained and the proportion by weight of component (i) in the urea solution obtained is between 31% by weight and 34% by weight.

The process comprises subjecting ammonia-containing off-gas resulting from the production of ammonium nitrate (AN off-gas) to condensation under acidic conditions so as to form an acidic condensate, and using at least part of the acidic condensate as an acidic scrubbing liquid in a finishing treatment section having a gas inlet in fluid communication with a gas outlet of a finishing section of a urea production unit, wherein the finishing section is adapted to solidify urea liquid, and wherein said finishing treatment section is adapted to subject ammonia-containing off-gas of the finishing section to treatment with an acidic scrubbing liquid.

Method and plant for producing urea-ammonium nitrate (UAN)
The invention provides a method and a plant for producing urea ammonium nitrate (UAN). The method involves the use of a condensation section, optionally in combination with a medium pressure decomposition section, between the dissociation and neutralization sections. The invention further provides a method of modifying an existing UAN plant. The advantages of the process of the invention are that the emission of CO.sub.2 can be reduced, the plant capacity can be increased and the high capital expenditure needed for CO.sub.2 compression equipment is reduced.
