METHOD FOR ELECTROLYSIS-OZONE-CORROSION INHIBITOR/ELECTROLYSIS-OZONE-HYDROGEN PEROXIDE-CORROSION INHIBITOR COUPLING TREATMENT ON TOXIC AND REFRACTORY WASTEWATER

A method for electrolysis-ozone-corrosion inhibitor/electrolysis-ozone-hydrogen peroxide-corrosion inhibitor coupling treatment on toxic and refractory wastewater includes the following steps: adding toxic and refractory wastewater to be treated into a wastewater treatment reaction tank equipped with a plate anode and a plate cathode, and starting a direct current (DC) power supply connected to the plate anode and the plate cathode to treat the toxic and refractory wastewater at an appropriate current density under stirring, during which a corrosion inhibitor and hydrogen peroxide are added to the toxic and refractory wastewater to be treated and ozone is introduced into the toxic and refractory wastewater to be treated through an aeration device. The method can increase the production rate and production quantity of free radicals in a reaction system, effectively improve the treatment efficiency for toxic and refractory wastewater, and reduce the treatment cost.

Dynamic produced water treatment apparatus and system

An automated produced water treatment system that injects ozone or an ozone-oxygen mixture upstream of produced water separators, with the dose rate changing dynamically as the produced water quality changes, as determined by continuous monitoring of the produced water quality by a plurality of sensors that detect water quality parameters in real time. The system may operate as a “slipstream” injection system, that draws a portion of produced water from the produced water pipeline and injects ozone or an ozone-oxygen mixture back into the pipeline with disrupting or slowing normal operations. Disinfectants or other additives may also be injected. The treatment system may be wholly or partially contained in mobile containers or trailers, for on-the-fly use in existing produced water treatment facilities.

ELECTROLYTIC LIQUID PRODUCTION DEVICE

An electrolytic liquid production device includes: an electrolyzer configured to perform electrolytic treatment to a liquid; elastic body configured to press the electrolyzer; and housing having the electrolyzer and elastic body disposed inside housing. Housing has inlet port that the liquid supplied to the electrolyzer flows into, and outlet port that an electrolytic liquid produced in the electrolyzer flows out from. Elastic body includes positioning depressed portion, and housing includes positioning protruding portion. Elastic body is positioned with respect to housing by inserting positioning protruding portion of housing into positioning depressed portion of elastic body. Thus, there is provided an electrolytic liquid production device capable of suppressing bias of elastic body inside housing.

A system for creating an oxidation reduction potential (ORP) in water employs a plurality of ozone supply units housed in separate enclosures. The ozone supply units feed into a manifold that contains a plurality of fluid paths and has one or more ozone intake ports. The ozone intake ports are fluidically coupled to one or more ozone output ports of each ozone supply unit. The manifold includes a plurality of flow switches configured to transmit control signals to one or more controllers of each ozone supply unit in response to sensing a flow of water through the fluid paths in order to cause the ozone supply units to generate ozone. The manifold also includes a plurality of fluid mixers that are fluidically coupled to the ozone intake ports and configured to introduce the ozone generated by the ozone supply units into the water flowing through the fluid paths.

ELECTROLYTIC LIQUID GENERATION DEVICE

An electrolytic liquid generation device includes stacked body in which conductive membrane is stacked and interposed between cathode and anode adjacent to each other, electrolytic part that electrolyzes liquid, and housing in which electrolytic part is disposed and flow path is formed. Electrolytic part includes slot that is open in flow path, and in the slot, a part of interface between conductive membrane and cathode and anode is exposed. Either one of the electrodes of cathode and anode has an outer periphery smaller in width than slot of electrolytic part. This can provide an electrolytic liquid generation device capable of improving the concentration of an electrolytic product dissolved in liquid.
