MORTAR COMPOSITION FOR ACOUSTIC DAMPING AND FIRE PROTECTION
A mortar composition, in particular for preparing a viscoelastic structure and/or a fire barrier, including: a) 15-50 wt.-% of a hydraulic binder, b) 5-35 wt.-% of lightweight aggregates, c) 5-25 wt. % of further aggregates which have a particle density that is higher than the particle density of the lightweight aggregates, and d) 10-50 wt.-% of a polymer.
SILICA-BASED THERMAL INSULATION MOULDED BODY
The present invention relates to a process for producing silica-based thermal insulation moulded body comprising at least 50% by weight of synthetic amorphous silica and not more than 50% by weight of natural silica with a specified particle size, thermal insulation moulded body obtainable by this process and the use thereof for thermal and/or acoustic insulation.

Storable liquid suspension of hollow particles
Provided are compositions and methods of using a liquid suspension of hollow particles comprising a plurality of hollow particles, water, a suspending aid, and a stabilizer selected from the group consisting of a non-ionic surfactant, a latex, an oleaginous fluid, porous silica, and combinations thereof. The liquid suspension is homogenous. An example method includes statically storing the liquid suspension in a container for at least one week; wherein the liquid suspension maintains a difference in density from the top of the container to the bottom of the container of less than one pound per gallon while stored. The method further includes adding the liquid suspension to a treatment fluid; wherein the liquid suspension reduces the density of the treatment fluid; and introducing the treatment fluid into a wellbore penetrating a subterranean formation.

Single component epoxy resin cement mortar
A composition including cement, filler, polymer and a compound having epoxide groups and also an amine, wherein the composition contains more than 10% by weight of cement and at room temperature is present as storage-stable free-flowing powder and/or granular material. When mixed with water, the composition makes polymer-modified mortars having good processability, excellent adhesion, strength, water impermeability, chemical resistance and quick coatability possible.

Concrete Element and Method for its Production
What is shown and described is a concrete element including a core concrete layer and a face concrete layer, the face concrete layer being obtained by compacting and hardening a mixture containing a latent hydraulic binder and/or a pozzolanic binder, water, a granular material and an alkaline hardener, with the granular material having, at a screen hole width of 2 mm, a through fraction from 35.5 wt. % to 99.5 wt. % and, at a screen hole width of 0.25 mm, a through fraction from 2.5 wt. % to 33.5 wt. %, each based on the total weight of the granular material.
