The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing a shoe rubber outsole using a special heat and pressure stable water-based polyurethane dispersion adhesive without a pre-treatment of UV irradiation or plasma, as well as a process for manufacturing a shoe using the outsole manufactured as described herein and an PUD-based adhesive composition for the described processes.

The present invention relates to a polyester consisting of (A) repeat units derived from an acid component, which consists of (a1) 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid, (a2) an aliphatic C.sub.4-C.sub.36 dicarboxylic acid or a mixture of a plurality of aliphatic C.sub.4-C.sub.36 dicarboxylic acids, and (a3) a sulfonate group-containing dicarboxylic acid, and of (B) repeat units derived from a di-ol/amine component, and optionally of further repeat units (C) and/or branching components (E), and of (D) repeat units derived from at least one di- or oligofunctional compound selected from the group consisting of a di- or oligoisocyanate and a di- or oligoisocyanurate. In addition, the present invention relates to the production of these polyesters and their use.

Composite Polyurethane Condom and Preparation Method Thereof
A composite polyurethane condom and a preparation method thereof. The composite polyurethane condom includes a first substrate layer, an adhesive layer formed on the first substrate layer, and a second substrate layer formed on the adhesive layer. AQUEOUS EMULSION AND ADHESIVE IN WHICH SAME IS USED
The present invention relates to an aqueous emulsion including an ethylenically unsaturated monomer unit-containing polymer as a dispersoid and a polyvinyl alcohol as a dispersant. The content of a free polyvinyl alcohol in the aqueous emulsion is 0.2 to 20 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the ethylenically unsaturated monomer unit-containing polymer. The free polyvinyl alcohol has a degree of saponification of 80.0 to 99.5 mol % and a viscosity-average degree of polymerization of 200 to 5000, and the free polyvinyl alcohol has a symmetry factor (W.sub.0.05h/2f) that satisfies the following expression (1) as determined by gradient high-performance liquid chromatography for reversed-phase separation using a water-acetone eluent according to JIS K 0124 (2011).

The present invention relates to processes for the manufacture of aqueous polyurethane/acrylic hybrid dispersions that can be used as adhesives or coatings, are solvent free and have low VOC emissions, and are environmentally friendly. Also encompassed are the dispersions as such, compositions containing them and their use as coatings and adhesives.
AQUEOUS ADHESIVE DISPERSION CONTAINING POLYURETHANES AND ETHOXYLATED FATTY ALCOHOLS
Described are aqueous adhesive dispersions comprising dispersed polyurethanes and also ethoxylated fatty alcohols as emulsifiers. The polyurethanes are constructed from certain organic diisocyanates, dihydroxy compounds selected from certain polyester diols and polyether diols, and compounds having groups reactive toward isocyanate groups and having at least one ionic group. The adhesive dispersions can be used as laminating adhesives, for example for composite film lamination or for the lamination of rigid moldings with flexible decorative foils.
