The base component comprises hydroxyl functional prepolymers and the activator comprises isocyanate prepolymers. The composition further comprises an amount of carbon fibre. The hydroxyl functional prepolymers are formulated to polymerise with the isocyanate prepolymers to form a polymer containing carbon fibre.
