GRAIN-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GRAIN-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET
This grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet including a base steel sheet and a tension coating, in which, when an average coating thickness of a flat surface coating portion is referred to as t1 (μm), a minimum coating thickness of a groove forming surface coating portion is referred to as t2.sub.Min (μm), and a maximum coating thickness of the groove forming surface coating portion is referred to as t2.sub.Max (μm), Expressions (1) and (2) are satisfied, and when a value of 0.95 times a distance D of the tension coating along a sheet thickness direction from a bottom surface position of the groove forming surface coating portion to a bottom surface position of the flat surface coating portion is referred to as an effective depth d (μm), Expression (3) is satisfied.

ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET
An electrical steel sheet (1) includes a base material (2) of electrical steel, and an insulating film (3) formed on a surface of the base material (2). The insulating film (3) contains a phosphates of one or more selected from the group consisting of Al, Zn, Mg and Ca. The phosphate exhibits a specific peak having a top within a range of −26 ppm to −16 ppm in a solid .sup.31P-NMR spectrum, and a proportion of an integrated intensity of the specific peak relative to an integrated intensity of all peaks in the solid .sup.31P-NMR spectrum is 30% or more.
ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET
An electrical steel sheet (1) includes a base material (2) of electrical steel, and an insulating film (3) formed on a surface of the base material (2). The insulating film (3) contains a phosphates of one or more selected from the group consisting of Al, Zn, Mg and Ca. The phosphate exhibits a specific peak having a top within a range of −26 ppm to −16 ppm in a solid .sup.31P-NMR spectrum, and a proportion of an integrated intensity of the specific peak relative to an integrated intensity of all peaks in the solid .sup.31P-NMR spectrum is 30% or more.

SURFACE TREATMENT SOLUTION COMPOSITION CONTAINING TRIVALENT CHROMIUM AND INORGANIC COMPOUND, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HOT DIP GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET SURFACE-TREATED USING SAME
Provided is a surface treatment solution composition comprising: 30 to 51 wt % of a trivalent chromium compound comprising chromium phosphate (A) and chromium nitrate (B) and having a content ratio of A/(A+B) that satisfies 0.3 to 0.6; 5 to 15 wt % of silane coupling agent; 0.2 to 3 wt % of vanadium-based anti-corrosive rust inhibitor; 3 to 12 wt % of colloidal silica; 0.5 to 5 wt % of polysiloxane copolymer; and 14 to 61.3 wt % of water, a hot dip galvanized steel sheet surface-treated using same, and a manufacturing method thereof. The hot dip galvanized steel sheet treated with the surface treatment solution composition containing trivalent chromium has an excellent corrosion resistance, blackening resistance, pipe-forming oil reactivity, and alkali resistance.
SURFACE TREATMENT SOLUTION COMPOSITION CONTAINING TRIVALENT CHROMIUM AND INORGANIC COMPOUND, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HOT DIP GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET SURFACE-TREATED USING SAME
Provided is a surface treatment solution composition comprising: 30 to 51 wt % of a trivalent chromium compound comprising chromium phosphate (A) and chromium nitrate (B) and having a content ratio of A/(A+B) that satisfies 0.3 to 0.6; 5 to 15 wt % of silane coupling agent; 0.2 to 3 wt % of vanadium-based anti-corrosive rust inhibitor; 3 to 12 wt % of colloidal silica; 0.5 to 5 wt % of polysiloxane copolymer; and 14 to 61.3 wt % of water, a hot dip galvanized steel sheet surface-treated using same, and a manufacturing method thereof. The hot dip galvanized steel sheet treated with the surface treatment solution composition containing trivalent chromium has an excellent corrosion resistance, blackening resistance, pipe-forming oil reactivity, and alkali resistance.
Insulating coating for electrical steel sheet
An insulating coating for an electrical steel sheet is provided that is formed on a surface of a base metal of the electrical steel sheet and that contains a polyvalent metal phosphate of one or more elements selected from Al, Zn, Mg and Ca, and has an enriched layer of a divalent metal at an interface with the surface of the base metal. An enrichment of the divalent metal contained in the enriched layer is 0.01 g/m.sup.2 or more and less than 0.2 g/m.sup.2.
Insulating coating for electrical steel sheet
An insulating coating for an electrical steel sheet is provided that is formed on a surface of a base metal of the electrical steel sheet and that contains a polyvalent metal phosphate of one or more elements selected from Al, Zn, Mg and Ca, and has an enriched layer of a divalent metal at an interface with the surface of the base metal. An enrichment of the divalent metal contained in the enriched layer is 0.01 g/m.sup.2 or more and less than 0.2 g/m.sup.2.

A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet of the present invention has a base steel sheet, an amorphous oxide layer formed on the base steel sheet, and a tension-insulation coating formed on the amorphous oxide layer, in which the base steel sheet contains, as a chemical composition, by mass %, C: 0.085% or less, Si: 0.80 to 7.00%, Mn: 1.50% or less, acid-soluble Al: 0.065% or less, S: 0.013% or less, Cu: 0 to 0.80%, N: 0 to 0.012%, P: 0 to 0.50%, Ni: 0 to 1.00%, Sn: 0 to 0.30%, and Sb: 0 to 0.30%, a remainder is Fe and an impurity, a surface glossiness Gs20(A) in a direction parallel to a rolling direction is 2.0 to 70, and a surface glossiness Gs20(B) in a direction perpendicular to the rolling direction is 2.0 to 70.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING GRAIN ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET
A method for producing a grain oriented electrical steel sheet includes a decarburization annealing process where an oxidation degree PH.sub.2O/PH.sub.2 is controlled, an annealing separator applying process where a mass ratio of MgO and Al.sub.2O.sub.3 in an annealing separator is controlled, a final annealing process where an oxidation degree is controlled when atmosphere includes hydrogen or a dew point is controlled when atmosphere consists of inert gas, and an insulation coating forming process where a baking temperature and a heat treatment temperature are controlled.
