Flame Resistant Knit Fabric
A flame resistant knit fabric containing a first weft yarn set and a second weft yarn set. The first yarn set contains first flame resistant yarns which contain flame resistant rayon fibers. The second weft yarn set contains second weft yarns. The knit fabric is knitted such that the first weft yarns are interlinked with one another by a plurality of knit stitches, the second weft yarns are interlinked with one another by a plurality of knit stitches, and the first weft yarns are not interlinked with the second weft yarns. A flame resistant support article containing the flame resistant knit fabric as well as methods for making the knit fabric and support article are also disclosed.

METHOD FOR KNITTING AND FORMING WEFT-KNITTED FABRIC WITH VARYING THICKNESS BY FLAT KNITTING MACHINE AND WEFT-KNITTED FABRIC THEREOF
The invention provides a method for knitting and forming a weft-knitted fabric with varying thickness by a flat knitting machine and a weft-knitted fabric thereof. The method is implemented in at least one knitting process of the weft-knitted fabric, comprising steps of: driving the flat knitting machine to knit a basic structure by at least one of two needle beds of the flat knitting machine, and controlling the two needle beds on the flat knitting machine to knit a three-dimensional structure connected with the basic structure. A thickness of the three-dimensional structure is greater than a thickness of the basic structure, the three-dimensional structure comprises two surface layer portions and a supporting portion connected with the two surface layer portions and located between the two surface layer portions. A junction between the three-dimensional structure and the basic structure is without the supporting portion.
Method for providing blanks for the production of inshoes, footlets, no-show socks, shoes of the like with double layers, with a circular hosiery knitting machine, and intermediate manufacture obtained with the method
A method for providing intermediate manufactures for production of manufactures such as an inshoe, footlet, no-show sock, shoes or the like with double thickness, with a circular hosiery knitting machine and an intermediate manufacture obtained with the method. The method has the particularity that it comprises at least the following steps: a step of providing a first tubular portion of knitted fabric; a casting-off step, in which a portion of knitted fabric is provided by moving to knit a group of contiguous needles at the at least one feed; a casting-on step, in which a portion of knitted fabric is provided by moving to knit a group of contiguous needles at the at least one feed; a step of providing a second tubular portion of knitted fabric by actuating the needle cylinder with a continuous rotary motion about its own axis in one direction of rotation.
KNITTED COMPONENTS AND ARTICLES FOR IMPROVED BALL CONTROL AND DURABILITY
A knitted component with a surface that includes first areas and second areas having different relative coefficient of frictions and that are formed in an alternating pattern. The first areas of the first surface are 40% to 80% of the total surface area for the first surface. The alternating pattern may be in the form of concentric shapes. The alternating pattern may have linear boundaries and curvilinear boundaries between first areas and second areas. The first areas can be formed from a first yarn having a core and a coating. The coating at least partially surrounds the core.
Knit sock with targeted compression zone
A knit sock includes a foot portion having an upper instep area and a lower sole area integrally knit of a body yarn in circumferential courses and axial wales. The lower sole area defines inner and outer arch regions. The inner arch region incorporates a targeted compression zone adapted to reside generally adjacent an inner arch of a wearer's foot. The compression zone includes axially extending compression ridges of variable length spaced apart from a top of the compression zone to a bottom of the compression zone. When the sock is worn, a compression force applied by the foot portion within the targeted compression zone is greater than the compression force in directly adjacent areas of said foot portion.
Knitted shoe upper with integral eyelets
The present invention relates to a shoe upper including a knitted component having a plurality of integrally knitted lines of loops including a set of consecutive lines, wherein each line in the set of consecutive lines includes a plurality of consecutive loops which are interlooped with adjacent loops of the respective line and not interlooped with loops of a line which is not contained in the set, and wherein the set of consecutive lines forms at least a portion of an eyelet which is configured to receive a lace.
Stretchable wire member
An object is to solve problems associated with a stretchable wire member that includes, for example, a garment with stretchable wires formed thereon, that is, to solve the problems of wrinkles and undulations that often occur after the garment is stretched. A stretchable wire member includes a fabric; a base layer disposed on a surface of the fabric; a conductive layer disposed in part of the fabric, the conductive layer being on a surface of the base layer; and a protective layer covering the conductive layer. In the stretchable wire member, an elastic modulus E′3 of a multilayer body portion including the fabric, the base layer, and the protective layer ranges from 1 MPa to 6 MPa.
Article Of Footwear Incorporating A Knitted Component With A Tongue
The present disclosure provides an upper for an article of footwear. The upper may include a knit element defining a portion of at least one of an exterior surface of the upper and an opposite interior surface of the upper. An inlaid strand may extend through the knit element, and a tongue and the knit element may have a common yarn at least at a forward portion of the tongue, and the tongue may extend through a throat area of the upper.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURE OF A PATIENT INTERFACE AND COMPONENTS THEREOF
Systems and methods producing a customised patient respiratory interface are disclosed. Data representative of one or more landmark features of a head of a human is obtained. One or more landmark feature locations of the landmark features are identified based on the data. A set of manufacturing specifications for production of the patient respiratory interface component is determined based on the one or more landmark feature locations. The patient respiratory interface component is produced based on the set of manufacturing specifications.
