CANVAS FLOCKING DIAMOND PICTURE
The disclosure discloses a canvas flocking diamond picture, and relates to the technical field of canvas flocking diamond picture devices and making methods, solving the problem that the gray cloth of diamond canvas is shrunk after encountering water so that the diamond picture becomes uneven. The picture frame is internally provided with a protective film and a canvas, and the protective film is located at one side of the canvas; the upper end surface of the canvas is provided with a flash layer; an ink-receiving layer is arranged under the flash layer; an upper back cover layer is arranged under the ink-receiving layer; a cingico layer is arranged under the upper back cover layer; a lower back cover layer is arranged under the cingico layer; a flocking layer is arranged under the lower back cover layer, and the flocking layer is located on the lower end surface of the canvas; an adhesive layer is arranged between the lower back cover layer and the flocking layer.
COATING STRUCTURE OF BLACKOUT ADVERTISING CLOTH
A coating structure of a blackout advertising cloth, comprising: a warp knitted mesh fabric; a front layer, which is an adhesive slurry layer made of polyacrylic resin as main component mixed with fireproof agent and waterproof agent, the adhesive slurry layer is coated on the front surface of the warp knitted mesh fabric for the slurry penetrating the meshes, so that the warp knitted mesh fabric and the front layer are firmly bonded; and a rear blackout layer, which is a shading slurry layer made of acrylic resin as main component mixed with blackout material, the rear blackout layer is coated on the rear surface, so that the warp knitted mesh fabric and the rear blackout layer are firmly bonded, and further form a coating structure of the blackout advertising cloth.
Method for making light-blocking articles
A foamed, opacifying element useful as a light-blocking article is prepared with a dry opacifying layer on a substrate. The dry opacifying layer is densified, followed by application of a functional composition formulation to form a functional composition upon drying and curing at a coverage of 0.5-15 g/m.sup.2. The functional composition comprises at least: (i) glass particles such as hollow glass particles at a coverage of 0.1-2.2 g/cm.sup.2, and can also include any or combination of a (iv) water-soluble or water-dispersible organic polymeric binder that may be crosslinked, thickeners, coating aids having an HLB of at least 5, (ii) lubricants, (iii) tinting materials, and (v) crosslinking agents. Among other properties, the presence of the glass particles provides additional heat absorption for the foamed, opacifying elements that can be formed into light-blocking materials.
Nanofiber Structures and Methods of Use Thereof
Coated and expanded, nanofiber structures are provided and methods of use thereof.
B-STAGEABLE AQUEOUS BINDER COMPOSITIONS
An aqueous binder composition is disclosed that includes 5.0% by weight to 50.0% by weight of a monomeric polyol having at least four hydroxyl groups, based on the total solids content of the aqueous binder composition; and at least 50.0% by weight of a cross-linking agent comprising a polymeric polycarboxylic acid having at least two carboxylic acid groups, based on the total solids content of the aqueous binder composition. The aqueous binder composition includes a ratio of molar equivalents of carboxylic acid groups to hydroxyl groups is between 0.15/1.0 and 2.23/1 and has a pH of 2.2 to 4.0 and a viscosity at 40% solids and 25° C. of 10 cP to 60 cP.
Method of maintaining soil strength and stability
A method of maintaining soil strength and stability involves positioning a sheet of soil stabilization and strengthening material on a selected area where the strengthening and stabilization of the soil is desired. The sheet of soil stabilization and strengthening material includes a fabric layer that forms a base of the soil stabilization and strengthening material. The lower surface of the fabric layer is positioned against and engages the selected area. A moisture impervious layer is coupled to the upper surface of the fabric layer. A particulate aggregate material is embedded in the moisture impervious layer.
Flame Retardant Fabric and Method
The invention is a flame-retardant fabric which includes a network of interconnected yarns. At least some of the yarns comprise fiberglass fibers. At least 30 weight percent, and preferably substantially all of the fiberglass fibers in the fabric are coated with a polymer composition comprising a fiberglass binding agent. The fabric of the present invention is used as a covering in furniture, such as a flame-retardant sock to surround the core of a mattress. The invention is also a method of producing a flame-retardant fabric. A fabric of interconnected yarns is provided. At least some of the yarns comprise fiberglass fiber. Those fiberglass fibers are coated with a coating composition comprising a polymer and a fiberglass bonding agent.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FABRIC WITH EMBOSSED COATING LAYER, AND FABRIC PRODUCED THEREBY
A method of manufacturing a fabric material with an embossed layer, and a fabric material manufactured thereby are provided. The method includes applying a composition containing a synthetic resin, an embossing resin, and an additive on one surface of the fabric sheet to form an embossed coating layer and drying the embossed coating layer. The fabric material is advantageous in that the embossed coating layer is securely retained on the fabric sheet, various designs giving an aesthetic impression, exhibiting a look of a specific texture and roughness, and having various patterns can be easily printed thereon, and decoration effects as interior and exterior house finishing goods can be enhanced with the use of the fabric material.
