METHOD FOR PREPARING THERMALLY IMAGED OPACIFYING ELEMENTS
Foamed, opacifying element comprising a thermal colorant image is prepared using a porous substrate having an opposing external surface and an internal surface, and a dry foamed composition disposed on the internal surface of the porous substrate as a dry opacifying layer that has a light blocking value of at least 4 as well as a luminous reflectance that is greater than 40% as measured by the Y tristimulus value. A thermal colorant image is provided on either the opposing external surface, the dry opacifying layer, or both the opposing external surface and the dry opacifying layer, by thermal colorant transfer from a thermal donor element comprising a colorant donor layer having one or more thermal colorants.
MULTICOLORED SIILICONE SYNTHETIC LEATHER AND PREPARING METHOD
A multicolored silicone synthetic leather includes an A colored silica layer, a B colored silica layer and a substrate sequentially disposed from top to bottom. Colors of the A colored silica layer and the B colored silica layer are different. A preparing method adopts silicone slurries with two colors, respectively are a slurry A and a slurry B; the slurry A is coated on release paper for vulcanization, and a thickness for coating is 0.01-0.1 mm; the slurry B is coated on the vulcanizated slurry A, and times for coating is more than one, and except final coating, the vulcanization is requested for the silicone slurries before next coating in former coating processes; the final coating is attached to a substrate for the vulcanization; the multicolored silicone synthetic leather is obtained after peeling the release paper. The synthetic leather prepared in the disclosure is environmentally friendly and harmless to human.
Light retroreflective graphic textile
A graphic comprises a textile material comprising one of a woven or knit textile having first and second textile surfaces in an opposing relationship and a retroreflective material having first and second surfaces in an opposing relationship. One of the first and second textile surfaces and one of the first and second surfaces are adhered to one another by a second adhesive.
Double image overprint carpet components and methods of making same
Various embodiments of the present invention are directed to carpet components and methods of making the carpet components. In one embodiment, a carpet component is provided. The carpet component includes a carpet substrate having a texture comprising a pattern, wherein the pattern comprises a plurality of adjoining design elements each defining a design and a boundary and wherein the design elements are arranged so that the design of one design element is not predictable from the design of an adjoining design element; and an overprint disposed onto the carpet substrate wherein the overprint comprises a plurality of adjoining design elements each defining a design and a boundary and wherein the design elements are arranged so that the design of at least one design element is predictable from the design of an adjoining design element.
GOLF SWING TRACKER CARPET MAT
The present invention relates to a Golf Swing Tracker Carpet Mat designed for assisting golfers in improving their swing technique. The mat comprising tufted fiber yarns anchored by primary and secondary backings. When a golf club interacts with the mat, the fibers demonstrate a visual change due to a pile shading effect, simulating the appearance of a divot, and providing immediate feedback on the golfer's swing path and strike quality. The mat also features an alignment guidance pattern and is encapsulated within an anti-skid base for stability. Furthermore, the mat offers variations in tufting patterns, densities, and fiber lengths, enabling it to mimic different golf course terrains, providing a tailored practice experience for the user.
CUT PILE CARPET WITH COLOR ACCENTS AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF
A multicolored and accented carpet includes a plurality of tufts of color accented fiber including two or more differently colored extruded solution dyed yarns and a base yarn twisted together whereby a plurality of color transitions are provided along the length of the single accented fiber. A cut pile carpet is produced, having the appearance of a space dyed carpet, with the fade and bleach resistance of a solution dyed carpet.
