BREATHABLE LAYERED FLEXIBLE MATERIAL, METHODS AND USES THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to a breathable layered flexible material comprising at least one polyvinyl chloride (PVC) porous layer or a plurality of PVC porous layers and a support layer. The the pores of the PVC porous layer or plurality of PVC porous layers are obtainable by water evaporation of a water-in-oil PVC emulsion. The pores extend from the PVC layer to the support layer providing the material breathability. The disclosure also relates to a method for preparing the breathable layered flexible material. Upholsteries, in particular car upholsteries, comprising the breathable layered flexible material are also disclosed.
COMPONENT, APPARATUS, AND OPTICAL APPARATUS
A component includes a base portion made of fiber-reinforced resin, a first layer formed on the base portion, and a second layer formed on the first layer. A Vickers hardness of the second layer is higher than a Vickers hardness of the first layer. The Vickers hardness of the first layer is in a range equal to or larger than 50 HV and equal to or smaller than 250 HV.
Creating a true thermally conductive apparel using intricate thermally functional coating and thermally conductive yarns
Provided are garments that comprise thermally-conductive materials, the materials comprising a heat-collecting coating disposed on a fibrous base material having a thermally-conductive additive dispersed within. Also provided are methods of fabricating thermally-conductive garments.
Base interlining, methods for their manufacture and application thereof
The invention relates to a novel binder system and its use for bonding textile fabrics as well as products containing such bonded textile fabrics. The materials according to the invention are suitable for manufacturing base interlinings which may be used for manufacturing base interlinings for sarking, roofing and sealing membranes, particularly for manufacturing coated sarking, roofing and sealing membranes.
TEXTILE STRUCTURE
A textile structure includes a fiber-based layer and a glue layer. The fiber-based layer has meshes and includes fiber of which basic composition is cellulose. The glue layer penetrates into the meshes.
Bio-Degradable Artificial Leather Composition
Present invention is related to a bio-degradable PVC artificial leather composition having: PVC powder 100 phr, a plasticizer 40˜60 phr and an enzyme 0.5˜4 phr. The bio-degradable material has degradation rate over 90% under anaerobic environment. The combination of plasticizer and enzyme give the present invention the ability of degrading. Because there is no additional bio material involved, the physical property and mechanical property of the present invention can be remained. Since the products made by the present invention only can be degraded under anaerobic environment, the products can maintain in good condition or qualities under normal circumstances with the existing of oxygen.
A METHOD OF PROVIDING OIL AND/OR GREASE RESISTANT TEXTILE MATERIALS
Disclosed is a method for providing a textile material(s) resistant to the deposition of oil- and grease-based air pollutants by treating the textile material(s) with an oil/grease resistant composition. The oil/grease resistant composition comprises a modified polysaccharide(s), particularly, polysaccharides modified with anionic groups, and one or more adjuvant materials.
Fibers-based flexible material and process of manufacturing such a material
Disclosed is a flexible material including a web of fibers chosen in the group consisting of carbon fibers, glass fibers and aramid fibers, this web of fibers being impregnated on a so-called external face with an impregnation layer produced from a polymer binder and containing at least one plasticizing agent or a mixture of plasticizing agents. A fibrous textile substrate is superimposed on the web of fibers on an internal face of the web opposite the external face.
Process for forming an airbag
An airbag textile containing a woven textile having an inner side and an outer side, a primer layer on the outer side of the textile and a gas barrier layer on the primer layer. The primer layer contains a first thermoplastic polymer and has a surface roughness and a plurality of holes extending at least partially through the thickness of the primer layer. The gas barrier layer contains a second thermoplastic polymer and at least partially fills in the surface roughness and holes of the primer layer.
