Woven Fabric
20210148016 · 2021-05-20 · ·

A comfortable fabric with a strong three-dimensional effect is woven from warps and wefts. The warps and the wefts are woven into a 1/1 pattern, wherein the warp density is 11 threads/cm and the weft density is 10 threads/cm. The warps and the wefts each include a cationic dyeable polyester hollow yarn that comprises two different polyester yarns which can be dyed with two different colors. The warps and wefts comprise big-belly yarns and the cationic dyeable polyester hollow yarns. The resulting fabric has protruding patterns, a strong three-dimensional effect, good air permeability, a rough fee to the touch, and a unique aesthetic appearance.

SUEDE-LIKE ARTIFICIAL LEATHER AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

The present disclosure relates to suede-like artificial leather and a production method thereof, and more particularly, to suede-like artificial leather, which is excellent in sensibility such as smooth texture and fullness while satisfying physical properties desired as suede that is used for automotive headliners, fillers, and sun visors using a covering yarn including a core and a sea-island type microfiber surrounding the core in suede used for a vehicle interior part, and a production method thereof.

Extruded Reinforced Industrial Belt

The present disclosure relates to a nonwoven extruded industrial fabric. A method of manufacture of the industrial fabric is crosshead extruding a polymeric matrix material with linear components. The linear components crosshead extruded with the polymeric matrix material may be continuous systems oriented in the machine direction. The polymeric resin matrix at least partially encompasses one or more of the linear components. The resin matrix may likewise be further reinforced by the inclusion of nanoparticles, nanomaterials, and/or chopped fibers. A faceside of the industrial belt may be smooth or may include a texture or pattern.

PERCOLATIVE SURFACE TEXTURED POLYMERIC LATEX COATING FOR A FABRIC SUPPORTED GLOVE AND METHOD OF MAKING

A latex dipped article, particularly a fabric supported glove which is flexible and fatigue resistant, comprising a fabric liner, with a shape of a hand. The fabric liner is coated with a foam polymeric latex material which is then treated with an aqueous silicone or non-silicon based surface active agent to facilitate the formation of percolative surface structure through bursting of bubbles in the foam layer and stripped off the excess polymeric material. Then the stripped material is removed gently by exposing to a flowing fluid which further enhances the texture of the percolative coating that results an excellent grip in dry, wet and oil environments.
