An industrial textile (6) for manufacturing a fibrous web has first machine direction yarns (1) on the front side (7) which bind to first cross-machine direction yarns (4) in a first pattern, while second machine direction yarns (2) on the back side bind to second cross-machine direction yarns (5) in a second pattern. Third machine direction yarns (3) bind to the first cross-machine direction yarns (4) and the second cross-machine direction yarns (5) in a third pattern. The third pattern has at least one interlacing point (71) on the front side where one of the third machine direction yarns (3) passes over one of the first cross-machine direction yarns (4) and at least one interlacing point (72) on the back side (8) where the same third machine direction yarn (3) passes under one of the second cross-machine direction yarns (5).

An industrial textile has two layers, a web-side layer and a wear-side layer. The web-side layer has machine direction yarns (1) and binding cross-machine direction yarns (5). The wear-side layer has machine direction yarns (3) and cross-machine direction yarns (4). The binding cross-machine direction yarns (5) extend from the web-side layer to the wear-side layer and bind a portion of the wear-side layer machine direction yarns (3) to bond the web-side layer and the wear-side layer together, and wherein the web-side layer is a non-plain weave.

An endless-woven dryer fabric for a papermaking machine includes: a plurality of upper warp yarns; a plurality of lower warp yarns; and a plurality of weft yarns interwoven with the plurality of upper and lower warp yarns in a series of repeat units. Each weft yarn includes upper and lower portions, the upper portions interwoven with the upper warp yarns, and the lower portions interwoven with the lower warp yarns. The upper portion of each weft yarn includes a first seam loop and the lower portion of each weft yarn includes a second seam loop. The first and second seam loops of the weft yarns are interdigitated to form a seam, the seam receiving a pintle so that the fabric forms an endless loop.

A machine-side fabric layer is provided, and at least the machine-side fabric layer comprises monofilaments with a partially aromatic polyamide. The clothing comprises or is formed by longitudinal threads extending in a running direction and transverse threads extending transversely to the longitudinal threads, and at least some of the transverse filaments are monofilaments with a partially aromatic polyamide.

A papermaker's fabric includes a series of repeat units, wherein each of the repeat units includes: a set of top machine direction MD yarns having a first diameter; a set of bottom MD yarns having a second diameter larger than the first diameter; a set of auxiliary bottom MD yarns having the first diameter; a set of top cross machine direction CMD yarns interwoven with the top MD yarns to form a top fabric layer; a set of bottom CMD yarns interwoven with the bottom MD yarns and the auxiliary bottom MD yarns to form a bottom fabric layer; and a set of stitching yarns arranged in pairs, wherein at least one of the stitching yarns of the pair interweaves with the top and bottom fabric layers.

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY PRESENT INVENTION The object of the present invention is to provide the industrial two-layer fabric which can make papers to be made with a lateral strength higher than that of the fabric constituted by one kind of the conventional upper surface side yarns structure by overcoming the technical difficulty in the adjustment of the fiber orientation due to the complicated factors such as a turbulence generated in the jet stream, the control of the ration J/W, etc. MEANS TO SOLVE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS In the industrial two-layer fabric comprising an upper surface side fabric consisting of upper surface side warps and upper surface side wefts and a lower surface side fabric consisting of lower surface side warps and lower surface side wefts, the upper and lower surface side fabric being bound by foundation binding yarns, all structure portions of the upper surface side warps among a structure constituting said upper surface side fabric are the same, said upper surface side wefts comprises first upper surface side wefts and second upper surface side wefts, structures forming the first upper surface side wefts are different from those forming the second upper surface side wefts.
CLOTHING FOR A MACHINE FOR PRODUCING A FIBROUS MATERIAL WEB
Clothing is provided for a machine for producing a fibrous web, in particular a paper, board or tissue web. The clothing has a substrate. The substrate has a top side, an underside, two side edges and a useful region between the two side edges. The useful region has a plurality of through-channels, which connect the top side to the underside of the substrate. An inner surface of at least one through-channel, preferably of the majority of all the through-channels, more preferably of all the through-channels in the useful region of the substrate, has a mean roughness depth that is greater than 4 μm, preferably greater than 6 μm, more preferably greater than 8 μm. The clothing of this type is produced using a laser.

The invention relates to a clothing (10) for a machine to manufacture or refine a fibrous web, in particular a paper, cardboard, or tissue web, comprising a substrate (40) and a grid structure (20) applied on the substrate (40), on which the fibrous web is transported when the clothing (10) is used as intended, wherein the grid structure (20′) comprises a plurality of first elements (24′), all of which aligned in a first direction, and a plurality of second elements (26′), all of which aligned in a second direction, which is different from the first direction, wherein the first elements (24′) penetrate the second elements (26′), forming the grid structure (20′), such that an underside of the first elements (24′) facing the substrate (40) and an underside of the second elements (26′) facing the substrate (40) are located in a common plane. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for producing such a clothing.

A structured tissue belt assembly including a supporting layer, a non-woven web contacting layer, and one or more laser welds that attach the bottom surface of the web contacting layer to the top surface of the supporting layer. The structured tissue belt assembly allows for air flow in x, y and z directions. In exemplary embodiments, the structured tissue belt assembly has an embedment distance between the supporting layer and the web contacting layer of 0.05 mm to 0.60 mm and a peel force between the web contacting layer and the supporting layer of at least 650 gf/inch.
