Device and Method for Producing a Pulp Web
The invention relates to a method and a device for drying a pulp web, with dewatering of the pulp web by pressing and the pulp web being guided directly on the press belt to a first transfer area for transfer of the pulp web to a transfer clothing and transfer of the pulp web in a second transfer area to a dryer. It is characterized in that the pulp web undergoes thermal drying between the first transfer area and the second transfer area. This enables production of a pulp web with improved quality characteristics and low energy consumption at the same time.

The invention relates to a method and a device for drying a pulp web, with dewatering of the pulp web by pressing and the pulp web being guided directly on the press belt to a first transfer area for transfer of the pulp web to a transfer clothing and transfer of the pulp web in a second transfer area to a dryer. It is characterized in that the pulp web undergoes thermal drying between the first transfer area and the second transfer area. The invention relates to a roller for producing a fibrous web, in particular a paper web including a rotationally symmetrical base body which is rotatable about a longitudinal axis and has a shell surface on which there are arranged at least two elastically deformable and/or deflectable ring-shaped lamellas which extend away from the shell surface in the radial direction and which surround the base body in the circumferential direction, wherein the lamellas are arranged at least in sections at an angle relative to a center plane of the roller aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the roller, thus forming an angle of inclination.

A device for micro-embossing paper includes at least one micro-embossing unit to micro-emboss a wet paper ply. The micro-embossing unit includes a micro-embossing cylinder and a counter cylinder facing the micro-embossing cylinder at an embossing area where the wet paper ply is subjected to micro-embossing, and a heater to dry the wet paper ply. The micro-embossing cylinder includes a side surface partially wrapped by the wet paper ply. The heater heats at least one portion of the side surface partially wrapped by the wet paper ply to dry the wet paper ply.

The present invention relates to a method for dewatering a web comprising microfibrillated cellulose, wherein the method comprises the steps of: providing a suspension comprising between 50 weight-% to 100 weight-% of microfibrillated cellulose based on total dry weight, forming a fibrous web of said suspension on a support wherein said web has a dry content of 1-25% by weight, applying a dewatering felt into direct contact with the fibrous web, conducting said fibrous web, arranged between said dewatering felt and said substrate, through a pressing equipment. The invention further relates to a film produced from said method.

System and Method of Producing Micro Fibrillated Cellulose (MFC)
The invention relates to a system of producing MFC (micro fibrillated cellulose) having a process device (30) of a pulper, a refiner or a screen configured to process MFC suspension to consistency of 0.5-5%. The system has a continuous pressing means (15; 25, 26) configured to dry the MFC suspension to a consistency of 6-60%. A method of producing MFC has at least one process stage (30) which processes a MFC suspension to a consistency of 0.5-5% by a process device (30). In the process stage the MFC suspension is pulped in a pulping stage in a pulper and/or refined in a refining stage by a refiner and/or screened in a screening stage by a screen. The MFC suspension having the consistency of 0.5-5% is dried in a drying stage of continuous pressing (15, 25, 26) by continuous a pressing device (15, 25, 26) to a consistency of 6-60%.
