System and method for controlling an operational status of a waste disposer
Systems and methods for controlling an operational status of a waste disposer are disclosed herein. In one example embodiment, a waste disposer assembly includes a waste disposer, a sprayer mechanism, and a switching system. The waste disposer is configured to be supported in relation to a sink. The sprayer mechanism is configured to be supportable in relation to the sink, is coupled at least indirectly to the sink by way of an extendable and retractable linkage, and includes an actuator mechanism that, upon being actuated, causes generation of a control signal. The switching system is supported in relation to the sink, is coupled at least indirectly to each of the sprayer mechanism and disposer, and is configured to operate so that, upon receiving the control signal from the actuator mechanism, a related signal is provided to the disposer causing the disposer to change or take on operational status.
SINK WITH AN INSERT PLATE WHICH CAN BE MOVED AUTOMATICALLY ON THE BASIS OF AN INFLUENCING FACTOR, AND METHOD
A sink includes a basin including a base wall and lateral walls adjoining the base wall, with the basin including a receiving area delimited by the base wall and the lateral walls. An insert plate separate from the basin is inserted into the receiving area and moveable by a lifting device relative to the basin. An interaction unit is provided to detect an influencing factor involving an operating state of the sink, and/or a change in the operating state of the sink, and/or an operating action by a user of the sink, with the lifting device automatically changing a position of the insert plate in response to a detection of the influencing factor by the interaction unit.
System and method for reusing the remnants of water in a hot-water pipeline with remote graphic interface
Methods and systems for the distribution, regulation and mixture of fluids, but particularly for the regulation of water flow through a tap, within a water distribution system, and for the regulation of the temperature of said flow from mixtures of smaller flows than the flow of the water distribution system, where at least one execution-by-the-user means is coupled, wherein the user has no contact with the mechanical parts of the system. Furthermore, systems for the reuse of water remaining in the pipelines, preventing waste and allowing remote activation, are revealed.
AUTOMATIC FAUCET
An automatic faucet assembly comprising a faucet body and spout; an electromechanical valve; a controller; and a power source, wherein the faucet body comprises an electrically conductive material and is configured to be associated with an electric field, the faucet spout is configured to deliver water when the electromechanical valve is in an open position and to not deliver water when the electromechanical valve is in a closed position, the controller, the faucet body, the electromechanical valve, and the power source are in electrical communication, and the controller is configured to detect motion of an end user in the electric field.
Metered dispense pot filler
A pot filler including a metered dispense input device for dispensing of predetermined volumes of water. The pot filler illustratively includes an electrically operable valve operably coupled to a metered dispense input unit, and a control module configured to control operation of the electrically operable valve.
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR A FLUID DELIVERY DEVICE
A control system is provided for a fluid delivery device. The control system includes an emitter operable to emit a series of pulses of electromagnetic radiation, as well as a detector operable to detect as a series of detection events electromagnetic radiation pulses reflected by an object on which the emitted pulses of electromagnetic radiation are incident. The control system also includes a microprocessor operable to receive signals corresponding to each detection event from the detector, and to analyse a series of samples of the signals received from the detector. Each sample corresponds to a plurality of successive detection events. The microprocessor is also operable to subsequently generate one or more signals to control operation of the fluid delivery device depending on the results of the analysis.
KITCHEN FAUCET WITH GARBAGE DISPOSER
A kitchen faucet with a garbage disposer comprises a faucet unit, the garbage disposer, and a sensing unit. The faucet unit comprises a water outlet passage unit, and the water outlet passage unit is disposed with a first control valve configured to control an opening and a closing of the water outlet passage unit. The garbage disposer is located under a water outlet of the water outlet passage unit of the faucet unit. The sensing unit is disposed on the faucet unit and is configured to generate a normal water outlet instruction and a garbage disposal instruction respectively according to a long sensing distance and a short sensing distance. The first control valve is configured to be opened and closed through the normal water outlet instruction, and the first control valve and the garbage disposer are respectively configured to be opened and closed through the garbage disposal instruction.
Nozzle, nozzle arrangement and liquid distribution system
The invention relates to Nozzle, comprising a liquid inlet channel (LIN) for water or other liquid, the liquid inlet channel having an exit mouth (LINM) for letting liquid out from the liquid inlet channel, a pressurized air inlet channel (AIN) having an exit mouth (AINM) for letting pressurized air out from the pressurized air inlet channel (AIN). In the invention the liquid inlet channel (LIN) and pressurized air inlet channel (AIN) are positioned in such way that the pressurized air inlet channel (AIN) at least partially surrounds the liquid inlet channel (LIN) so as to create mist from exiting liquid and exiting pressurized air.
Water spout control device, water spout control system, and water spout control method
A water spout control device has a target object detector configured to detect a position of a target object as a detection target in a regional image according to an image information of the regional image. The regional image being generated by capturing an imaging target region including a faucet spout. A faucet spout port detector may be configured to detect a position of a faucet spout port of the faucet spout in the regional image. A determiner may be configured to determine whether to discharge water according to the position of the target object detected by the target object detector and the position of the faucet spout port detected by the faucet spout port detector.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION FOR ELECTRONIC FAUCET ASSEMBLY
An electronic faucet assembly having a faucet body and a mounting shank. At least one electrically controlled valve is disposed in a fluid line between the fluid supply and a fluid passageway supported by the faucet body. A controller is configured to control operation of the valve. A circuit component supported on the faucet body is in electrical communication with a proximal portion of the mounting shank. A spring clip in electrical communication with the control circuit is mounted on a smooth cylindrical surface of the distal portion of the mounting shank. The mounting shank may be aluminum with an aluminum oxide layer on the smooth cylindrical surface. Electrical signals may be conducted between the spring clip and mounting shank by capacitive coupling without conduction of electrical current between the spring clip and mounting shank. The spring clip may be dimensioned to prevent incorrect installation on the mounting shank.
