Unitary Ball Rod Assembly for a Pop-Up Drain Assembly
The present invention provides a ball rod assembly for a pop-up drain assembly that comprises a ball rod having a ball, a hollow stub adapter, a first gasket received on the rod on one side of the ball and a second gasket and a hollow nut received on the rod on the other side of the ball and engaged with the stub adapter to provide a single-piece, unitary ball rod assembly that can be installed in a pop-up drain assembly by engaging the stub adapter with a stub on a drain pipe with one end of the ball rod engaged with a drain stopper.
Popup Drain Stopper With Debris Trap and Popup Drain Stopper Assembly Having The Same
The present disclosure relates to popup drain stopper and popup drain stopper assemblies. The popup drain stopper includes a debris trap having a plurality of bristle arranged to trap debris flowing into a drainpipe in which the stopper is positioned. Popup drain stopper assemblies include the popup drain stopper with the debris trap and the ability to remove the drain stopper from the drainpipe without disassembly. The stopper includes a cylindrical shaped bristle body having the bristles and which is removable from the stopper assembly.
POP-UP SINK DRAIN ASSEMBLY WITH OVERFLOW KNOCK-OUT BLANK BAND
Sinks have an integral drain overflow protection or a conventional overflow port but not both. Conventional drain assemblies have a body comprising a hollow cylinder having either solid upper body portion or an upper body sidewall portion including an opening. The present invention defines a drain assembly having an upper body sidewall portion including a knock out blank which may be left in place or knocked out for use with either type of sink. A knock-out band can be used in combination with the knock-out drain assembly body to be positioned over the knocked out body hole providing a water tight seal should the user chooses to use the knocked out drain assembly in a sink having a conventional overflow port.
LIFT ROD POP-UP DRAIN ASSEMBLY
The invention describes a quick install lift rod pop-up sink drain assembly comprising a drain body, a drain plug, a horizontal pivot rod used as a lever for raising and lowering the drain plug, a lock ring which rotatably secures the horizontal pivot rod to the drain body, and a lift rod rotatably connected to the outer free end of the horizontal pivot rod and used to raise or lower the free end of the horizontal pivot rod. A spherical portion of the horizontal pivot rod is rotatably captured inside a free end of a connector which is integral with the drain body and which contains pawls which capture the spherical portion of the rod and allow up and down movement of the rod with respect to the drain body, causing the drain plug to open and close.
Drain stopper device
The present invention relates to plumbing fixtures, and more particularly to drain stopper assemblies used to control the flow of fluid through a drain opening of a sink or bathtub. More specifically, the present invention is a novel drain stopper device that can be attached or removed from a drain without the use of tools and without requiring a user to access the space underneath the drain. The device is preferably comprised of a drain stopper head portion having a repositionable push button in mechanical communication with a spring, a shaft and a pair of repositionable jaws such that the pair of jaws are repositioned to grip or release a pivot rod when the push button is repositioned between a first and a second position.

Drain arrangement
A drain arrangement that comprises a drain valve housing which has a first channel section with an inlet opening, a second channel section with an outlet opening, and a valve seat situated between the inlet opening and the outlet opening. There also is a valve body, an actuating unit by way of which the valve body is movable, and an outflow pipe into which the second channel section opens by way of the outlet opening thereof. A first central axis extends centrally through the first channel section, and an outflow pipe central axis extends centrally through the outflow pipe. The outflow pipe central axis intersects the first central axis, and the drain arrangement furthermore comprises an overflow unit, which has a first connecting pipe, an overflow pipe and a second connecting pipe.
Kitchen sink drain stopper and strainer
A drain stopper and strainer for a kitchen sink has a cap, a cap seal, an open-close mechanism, a strainer connected to a lower end of the open-close mechanism with an easy-connect mechanism, and an annular seal engaged with the strainer that seals an annular space between the strainer and a drain fitting. The cap seal preferably seals against the strainer. The stopper/strainer can be pushed into and pulled out of the drain fitting without assembly or disassembly. The strainer can be easily disconnected for cleaning and can be easily reconnected afterwards. For a drain fitted with a garbage disposal unit, the strainer has a hub-and-spoke structure for preventing eating and cooking utensils from falling into the garbage disposal unit.
ELECTRONIC DRAIN CLOSURE SYSTEM
A system comprising: a drain fitting securable to a container for containing a liquid and an evacuation drain; and a closure member comprising: a casing; a motion device for moving the casing relative between an open position in which the casing is away from the drain fitting to allow the liquid from flowing from the container into the evacuation drain and a closed position in which the casing abuts against the drain fitting to prevent the liquid from flowing from the container into the evacuation drain; an electrical motor received in the casing for activating the motion device; a communication unit received in the casing for at least receiving a command indicative of one of an opening of the electronic drain closure system and a closure of the electronic drain closure system; and a controller for activating the electrical motor in accordance with the command received by the communication unit.
DRAINAGE CONTROL DEVICE
A drainage control device includes a main body, an upper cover, a lower cover, a pressure relief cover, a membrane, and a return member. The main body has a water filling trough, a drainage trough, and a water passage trough. A drainage chamber having a drainage port is defined between the upper cover and the drainage trough. A water filling chamber has a water filling port is defined between the lower cover and the water filling trough. The pressure relief cover and the main body hold a periphery of the membrane. A water passage chamber is defined between the membrane and the water passage trough. A back-pressure chamber having a drain port is defined between the membrane and the pressure relief cover. The membrane is configured to open or close a junction of the water passage chamber and the drainage chamber. The membrane is returned by the return member.
