Processes for making a tilt wall comprising a sealed abutment joint between two concrete wall panels comprising a first wall panel, a dual gasket assembly, and a second wall panel, wherein the dual gasket assembly comprises an interior gasket, a support coupling, and a weather gasket, with the support coupling attached to a first edge face of the first wall panel by the metallic channel, wherein the first and second wall panels are aligned adjacent to one another in the same plane, with the support coupling positioned between the first edge face of the first wall panel and a second edge face of the second wall panel, the second edge face of the second wall panel positioned relative to the first wall panel a desired distance proximate the first edge face to form a desired breadth of the abutment joint between the edge faces; and the interior gasket and the outer weather gasket in contact with and compressed against both the first and second edge faces to seal the abutment joint between the edge faces.
WALL PANEL MODULE COMPRISING DUAL GASKET ASSEMBLY
A wall panel module comprising a first wall panel and one or more dual gasket assembly, the dual gasket assembly being suitable for sealing an abutment joint between edge faces of two wall panels and comprising a support coupling, a compressible interior gasket, and a compressible weather gasket, the support coupling comprising a base having a top surface having an interior gasket support and an exterior gasket support on opposing ends of the support coupling, the compressible interior gasket attached to the interior gasket support and the compressible outer weather gasket attached to the exterior gasket support, the compressible interior gasket and the compressible outer weather gasket mounted on the support coupling with the lengths of the compressible interior gasket and the compressible outer weather gasket parallel to one another and also being parallel to the dual gasket assembly length, the bottom surface of the support coupling base further having an attachment area with the dual gasket assembly attached to the first edge face of the first wall panel via said attachment area.
PANELED WALL SYSTEM COMPRISING A DUAL GASKET ASSEMBLY
A paneled wall having sealed abutment joints, the wall comprising a first wall panel, a dual gasket assembly, a second wall panel, and a sealed abutment joint between the first wall panel and the second wall panel, wherein the dual gasket assembly comprises a compressible interior gasket, a support coupling, and a compressible outer weather gasket, and wherein the dual gasket assembly is attached to a first edge face of the first wall panel by the support coupling, and wherein both the compressible interior gasket and the compressible outer weather gasket of the dual gasket assembly are in contact with and compressed between both the first edge face of the first wall panel and a first edge face of the second wall panel to seal the abutment joint between said edge faces.
Wall system
A wall panel includes a first and second planar skins and a core disposed therebetween. A first and second lateral edge extends between the skins. The second lateral edge comprises a female receiver. The first lateral edge comprises a male extension extending therefrom. The female receiver is formed in the core and has a depth equal to or greater than a length of the male extension. The male extension is formed from the core comprises a first parallel surface extending parallel to and offset from the first planar skin and a second parallel surface extending parallel to and offset from the second planar skin. A first tapered portion comprises a first tapered surface extending at an angle relative to a longitudinal axis from the first parallel surface to a rounded end, and a second tapered surface extending at the angle from the second parallel surface to the rounded end.

System, method and apparatus for substantially airtight area separation wall
An area separation wall (ASW) may include gypsum liner panels and structural elements located between adjacent ones of the gypsum liner panels. A sealing material may be located between the gypsum liner panels and the structural elements, and between adjacent ones of the structural elements. The sealing material may form seals therebetween, such that the ASW is substantially airtight when assembled. In addition, the ASW may include a fire rating of at least 2 hours in compliance with ANSI/UL 263.
Continuous wall assemblies and methods
According to one embodiment, an insulated structure includes a frame comprising a plurality of wall studs coupled together and a plurality of foam boards attached to the frame to form a continuous insulative wall. A plurality of fasteners attaches the foam boards to the frame. Each fastener includes an elongate shaft and a cap. The elongate shaft is configured to penetrate through a foam board and into a wall stud to couple the components together. The cap is configured to be positioned atop a foam board to distribute a load relatively evenly to the foam board. A sealing tape is applied across seams between adjacent foam boards and over the fasteners' caps to seal the wall. A sealing caulk is applied to secondary fasteners and penetrations to seal the wall. In some embodiments, the structure has a fastener density of about 1 fastener per 243 in.sup.2 of foam board.
Concrete wall section
A concrete wall section manufactured with a weight that allows the user of the concrete wall section to transport manually the concrete wall section. Combinations of concrete wall sections can be used to replace traditional frames of a structure.
PILF RESISTANT PACKAGING SYSTEM
A theft-proof packaging system includes a product package including a compartment configured to encapsulate a product. The compartment is in a non-surrounding environmental state, the non-surrounding environmental state being either pneumatically pressurized above a surrounding environment or pneumatically vacuumized below the surrounding environment. A pressure sensor inside the compartment includes a switch, the switch configured to disconnect and connect a power source to a transmitter, wherein the switch is configured to disconnect the power source from the transmitter in the presence of the non-surrounding environmental state inside the compartment and the switch is configured to connect the power source to the transmitter when the compartment equalizes to the surrounding environment. A receiving unit is disposed remote from the product package and receives the signal from the transmitter and sounds an alarm. A passive RFID tag may be located within the compartment and detected when passing through a walk-through scanner.
Multi-use building block and methods
A multi-use block including a block body having at least a first leg. The blocks can be placed in different orientations with respect to each other to form multiple interlocking structures. The block can be a variety of materials, including concrete, and when concrete, used for making walls and columns. Methods of making and methods of use are provided.
