GAP COVER APPARATUS FOR MODULAR WALL SYSTEMS AND INSTALLATION METHODS
Aspects of the present disclosure relate to modular wall systems and methods of installing modular wall systems in hygienic environments. In one aspect, gap cover apparatus are disclosed. In one aspect, backplate arrangements are disclosed. In one aspect, non-progressive installation methods are disclosed. The modular wall systems can eliminate protruding ledges while maintaining structural integrity and hygienic properties.
STRUCTURAL MODULAR BUILDING PANEL, WALL, AND BUILDING SYSTEM
This invention relates to prefabricated, lightweight, multi-component structural modular building panels and modular building systems. The said panels are framed with edge members that have a unique connecting shape, making them modular. The multi-component panel allows for design flexibility and the mass manufacturing of its components. Connectors serve as a link to assemble the panels together, and to connect them to corners, floors or foundations, roof panels and the roof apex member, and or other conventional construction elements. Connectors and members, all with unique connecting shapes, coupled with the said panels, create a structural wall, roof, similar structure or building system. Assembled panels and members incorporate the primary building structure and the building envelope. The assembled panels, members and other components of the building system, in part or whole, can be flat packed for easy transport and shipping, and can be assembled quickly and easily with semi-skilled labor.
Stackable foldable transportable buildings
A spacer system for stacked building structures that is in mating engagement with a seal plate provided on an edge of an enclosure component.
Liftable foldable transportable buildings
A fork tube arrangement for facilitating the movement of a foldable transportable building.
AN INTER-TENANCY PARTITIONING SYSTEM
An inter-tenancy partitioning system installed between floor and ceiling slabs has aligned dual spaced apart ceiling and floor channels formed by channel forming members. Dual panels are supported vertically within the aligned dual ceiling and floor channels Each panel having a width less than that of each channel and the channels are spaced apart to provide a gap between the panels. The panels have a height of greater than 2800 mm and extend through a suspended ceiling to engage the respective channel forming members at the ceiling slab above the suspended ceiling. Outer vertical pieces of the channel forming members of the floor channels have a height that does not extend vertically beyond an upper surface of the adjacent floor covering.
Facade panel system and method of erecting a multi-storey structure and facade
A facade assembly for a vehicle parking structure comprising a facade panel arranged to form part of an exterior of the structure. The facade assembly includes at least one support member extending inwardly of the panel and into the structure in use for connection with a floor of the structure. The support member is arranged to include one or more attachments.
Exterior wall panel and exterior wall panel assembly
The present disclosure concerns an exterior wall panel comprising a wall framework defining inner and outer wall surfaces and having peripheral edges. The exterior wall panel further comprises a vapor barrier membrane superposed to the inner wall surface and covering at least one peripheral edge and being secured thereto, a weather barrier membrane superposed to the outer wall surface and covering at least one peripheral edge and being secured thereto. The present disclosure also concerns an external wall panel assembly comprising a plurality of such external wall panels and a method for forming such an exterior wall panel assembly.
Modular building system
A modular building construction system comprising a plurality of panels, each panel having two spaced apart sheets; an insulating core portion positioned between said spaced apart sheets, wherein edge portions of the spaced apart sheets define a hollow cavity, the cavity extending along peripheral portions of the panel wherein the panel comprises a length (l) and a height (h) wherein top and bottom channel members face outwardly and extend along the length (l) of the panel and are positioned in respective hollow cavities along in-use top and bottom peripheral portions of the panel respectively; and wherein first and second opposite side channels face outwardly and extend along the height (h) of the panel and are positioned in respective hollow cavities along each of the lateral peripheral portions of the panel respectively and wherein during use the channel members are adapted to be interconnected with one or more building elements positioned along said peripheral portions.
Folding Roof Component
A folded building structure having a first roof portion, a second roof portion stacked on and pivotally connected to the first roof portion in a folded position, and a third roof portion stacked on and pivotally connected to the second roof portion in a folded position. The width of a transverse roof edge of the third roof portion is greater than the width of a transverse roof edge of the second roof portion and greater than the width of a transverse roof edge of the first roof portion.
Enclosure Component Panel Sections
A folded building structure comprising a fixed space portion including a rectangular floor or roof portion and a wall structure. The floor or roof portion has a longitudinal edge and comprises plural laminate panel sections, N in number, where N is equal to or greater than 2, and with each of the plural laminate panel sections having a rectangular shape with a first panel edge of span S, and two opposed orthogonal edges adjacent the first panel edge. The plural laminate panel sections are positioned adjacent each other with their orthogonal edges side-by-side, to provide N−1 pairs of adjacent panel sections with the longitudinal edge having a length equal to N×S. The wall structure adjoins the floor or roof portion and comprising a further laminate panel section having a rectangular shape and a second panel edge of span S, with the second panel edge vertically positioned so that the wall structure has a height equal to S.
