DECK FRAME WITH INTEGRAL ATTACHMENT TABS
A deck frame includes at least one perimeter support member that has a joist support wall, and a web wall extending perpendicularly from the joist support wall. A plurality of first attachment tabs extend from the web wall and are disposed spaced apart along the length of the at least one perimeter support member. A plurality of second attachment tabs extend from the web wall and are disposed spaced apart along the length of the at least one perimeter support member. Each one of a plurality of joists has a first lateral wall and a second lateral wall disposed opposite the first lateral wall. One of the plurality of first attachment tabs is configured to be secured to the first lateral wall, and one of the plurality of second attachment tabs is configure to be secured to the second lateral wall of each one of the plurality of joists.
Deck framing system
A deck framing system includes a perimeter support member that has a joist support wall and a web wall extending perpendicularly from the joist support wall. Each of a plurality of joist support brackets comprising an attachment portion configured to be attached to the web wall of the perimeter support member and a joist support portion. The joist support portion includes a pair of opposed lateral walls with each lateral wall configured to be attached to a corresponding lateral wall of a joist supported by the joist support wall.
APPARATUS, SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IMPROVED VERTICAL STRUCTURAL SUPPORTS
Disclosed herein are various methods, systems, and devices relating to vertical structural supports, including acute Z-shaped piers and further including vertical structural features that provide additional structural support for various types of piers.
Outboard Insulation Mounting System
An Outboard Insulation Mounting System and products for the purpose of providing a continuously insulated (CI) wall utilizing a dual nailing flanged stud, sub-girts with multiple aligned flanges and holes, a fastener for penetrating the multiple surfaces of the stud and sub-girt for the purpose of transferring cantilevered stresses to the screw from more than one direction, compounding the load capacity of the cantilevered screw. Rigid insulation installed between the studs and sub-girts may be compressed and assist with the load capacity of the cantilevered fasteners, as well as being supported by these fasteners along with any attached façade panels or façade systems to the sub-girts.
Deck frame with integral attachment tabs
A deck frame includes at least one perimeter support member that has a joist support wall, a web wall extending perpendicularly from the joist support wall, and an overhang wall extending perpendicularly from the web wall. The web wall includes a plurality of spaced apart joist attachment features. Each attachment feature includes a slot defined by the web wall, a first tab extending from a first perimeter edge of the slot at a first angle with respect to the web wall, and a second tab extending from a second perimeter edge of the slot opposite the first perimeter edge in a first direction and forming a second angle with respect to the web wall. The first tab is disposed spaced apart from the second tab in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction.
Reinforced beam system
A reinforced beam system comprises at least one pair of angularly spaced, corner-connected beams configured with two oppositely oriented triangular closed head portions, and a web interposed between head portions; a plurality of reinforcement elements forcibly contacting an interior wall of the corresponding head portion; and for each pair, at least one angled connector. A first leg of the angled connector abuts the flange of a second head portion of the first beam and is connected to a first reinforcement element inserted within the second head portion of the first beam, and a second leg of the angled connector abuts the flange of a first head portion of the second beam and is connected to a second reinforcement element inserted within both the first head portion of the second beam and a first head portion of the first beam. A beam system in one embodiment is devoid of reinforcement elements.
REINFORCEMENT DEVICES, SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONSTRUCTING AND REINFORCING THE FOUNDATION OF A STRUCTURE
The present disclosure relates to reinforcement devices, systems and methods for use in constructing new structures, including post frame structures. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to reinforcement devices, systems and methods for replacing traditional wood and/or precast concrete columns utilized in building a new construction foundation, with a height adjustable foundation column assembly constructed from a corrosion resistant material. The present disclosure also relates to reinforcement devices, systems and methods useful for reinforcing existing post frame structures, particularly those with framing elements requiring repair.
