COVER FOR LINTELS OR ANGLE IRONS
The present invention relates to a lintel or angle iron cover, and specifically a cover for an L-shaped lintel having a rise portion and a run portion. The cover is also L-shaped and is a continuous wall made up of an upper wall joined to a top wall which is joined to a side wall. The side wall is also joined to a bottom wall which is joined to a back wall. Further, the upper wall is at least as high as the rise portion of the lintel. The top wall and bottom wall form a U-shaped opening closed by the side wall, and the U-shaped opening is the size of the run portion. Whereas the back wall forms a lip at the end of the bottom wall.
Universal Z-Z channel for mounting wall panels to existing wall
Disclosed is a system of cladding along an existing exterior wall of a building featuring a plurality of Z-shaped components deployed in a parallel spaced apart arrangement, with an insulation panel in between two of the Z-shaped components. The Z-shaped components having a J-wall to enforce a moisture gap between exterior wall paneling and insulation. The Z-shaped components may feature Edge-components when the line of insulation panels needs to be interrupted or when it reaches a corner or edge of a wall.
COLLAPSIBLE TUBULAR MAST (CTM) WITH SURFACE MATERIAL BETWEEN TRUSSES
A deformable support apparatus includes a deformable body configured to transition between at least an extended state and a contracted state where a stiffness of the deformable body in the extended state is greater than a corresponding stiffness of the deformable body in the contracted state. The deformable body includes a first member and a second member coupled to and in opposition to the first member, and arranged about a longitudinal axis. In the extended state, the first member has at least a first curved portion and the second member has at least a second curved portion. The at least a first curved portion is a positive curved portion with respect to the longitudinal axis and the at least a second curved portion is a negative curved portion with respect to the longitudinal axis.
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
A perimeter frame used in a construction of floors or roofs of buildings, including three superior radial sub-frames, three inferior radial sub-frames, and six non-perpendicularly interconnecting top hat sub-frames, wherein each superior radial sub-frame is located between a pair of inferior radial sub-frames such that there is a 60° angle between the first and second longitudinal axes of any two adjacent radial sub-frames, and wherein the innermost blunt end portions of the superior radial sub-frames are interconnected to define a primary hexagon structure at a centre of the perimeter frame, and the innermost blunt end portions of the inferior radial sub-frames are connected to a converging region of adjoining surfaces of each adjacent pair of superior radial sub-frames to define a secondary hexagon structure around the primary hexagon structure, and wherein the overhang end portions and the outermost blunt end portions define six corners of a hexagonal perimeter frame.
DEVICE TO ELEVATE A BASE PLATE
Illustrated views of an exemplary elevated base plate for elevated a base plate from a concrete floor such as a basement, slab, etc. is presented. The elevated base plate is useful preventing leakage or other water from coming into contact with wood, drywall, paneling, etc. forming a wall. The elevated base plate is further useful for allowing a better air flow around the wall and base plate. Further, the elevated base plate 100 is useful for preventing or controlling the growth of mold.

DESIGN AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY OF CARBON FIBER SPACE FRAMES FOR AEROSPACE STRUCTURES
A method of assembly of a carbon fiber space frame structure eliminates the need for gusset plates at the j oints of the space frame structure. The elimination of the gusset plates at the j oints of the space frame structure reduces the weight of the space frame structure and eliminates stresses that occur at the j oints due to gusset plates attached at the j oints.
REINFORCED COVERING MATERIAL FOR BEARING MEMBERS OF PLAY STRUCTURES
The present invention relates to siding/covering materials (20) which are made of composite materials to be covered over metal posts (10) or horizontal bearing members (50) with angular or circular cross-section and which comprise reinforcing cells (25). Said composite material is composed of materials such as wood, plastics or a derivative thereof, pressed wood and paper, pressed plastics etc.
STRUCTURAL GLASS BEAM ELEMENTS AND CONNECTION SYSTEM
A glass beam element, for constructing a loadbearing structure, comprises at least one elongate structural reinforcement section extending along a longitudinal direction, and at least one glass segment bonded to said at least one elongate structural reinforcement section. The at least one elongate structural reinforcement section comprises a weldable material, and the at least one glass segment has a length along the longitudinal direction that is shorter than the elongate structural reinforcement section such as to allow welding of an end region of the at least one elongate structural reinforcement section without thereby damaging the at least one glass segment.
MULTI-STRIP BEAM FOR A VEHICLE
A beam article for a vehicle includes a plurality of separate elongated metal sheets attached together to form generally planar walls of an elongated tubular structure. At least one of the plurality of separate elongated metal sheets has a shear wall that is disposed along a hollow interior of the elongated tubular structure and is attached at opposing walls of the elongated tubular structure. At least one of the plurality of separate elongated metal sheets comprises an edge that abuts a side surface of an adjacent one of the plurality of separate elongated metal sheets to define a non-radiused perpendicular weld corner along the elongated tubular structure.
