Insulated Box Beam Framing Member
A fabricated framing member constructed primarily of wood products that is used as a stud, joist, or rafter to construct walls, floors, or ceilings. Lumber is normally used for these purposes, however, the thermal performance, dimensional accuracy, and dimensional stability of lumber is not as good as desired. The invention improves these and other qualities by strategically minimizing the amount of wood products used and by the addition of insulation. The shape of the structural portion of the member is similar to the shape of an elongated box and insulation fills the inside of that box.

Universal Z-Z channel for mounting wall panels to existing wall
Disclosed is a system of cladding along an existing exterior wall of a building featuring a plurality of Z-shaped components deployed in a parallel spaced apart arrangement, with an insulation panel in between two of the Z-shaped components. The Z-shaped components having a J-wall to enforce a moisture gap between exterior wall paneling and insulation. The Z-shaped components may feature Edge-components when the line of insulation panels needs to be interrupted or when it reaches a corner or edge of a wall.
STRINGER
A stringer for a modular scaffolding system. The stringer has a lower base, a web extending upwardly from the lower base, and a channel extending upwardly from the web, the channel having at its upper edge a pair of base flanges extending outwardly therefrom and having along a length of its inner wall a flange, wherein an insert shaped complementary to the channel and having a recess disposed along its length complementary to the flange is slidable into the channel.

FIRE-RATED WALL AND CEILING SYSTEM
The present application is directed toward fire-rated wall construction components and wall systems for use in building construction. Embodiments can include tracks for holding studs which incorporate various geometries capable of receiving fire-retardant material, flat straps for use between tracks and fluted wall components, fire sponges for use in fluted wall components, and tracks with protruding grooves or other structures which prevent unwanted air movement between a wallboard component and the track.
DESIGN AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY OF CARBON FIBER SPACE FRAMES FOR AEROSPACE STRUCTURES
A method of assembly of a carbon fiber space frame structure eliminates the need for gusset plates at the j oints of the space frame structure. The elimination of the gusset plates at the j oints of the space frame structure reduces the weight of the space frame structure and eliminates stresses that occur at the j oints due to gusset plates attached at the j oints.

WALL STUD MEMBER AND WALL CONSTRUCTION USING WALL STUD MEMBERS
A wall stud member comprising an inner component and an outer component. The inner and outer components are coupled together. In some configurations, the wall stud member forms a web with an outer flange and an inner flange. The wall stud member may be positioned as a part of a wall construction.
MULTI-STRIP BEAM FOR A VEHICLE
A beam article for a vehicle includes a plurality of separate elongated metal sheets attached together to form generally planar walls of an elongated tubular structure. At least one of the plurality of separate elongated metal sheets has a shear wall that is disposed along a hollow interior of the elongated tubular structure and is attached at opposing walls of the elongated tubular structure. At least one of the plurality of separate elongated metal sheets comprises an edge that abuts a side surface of an adjacent one of the plurality of separate elongated metal sheets to define a non-radiused perpendicular weld corner along the elongated tubular structure.
