A pole section for temporary assembly with similar pole sections into an elongate pole assembly whereby a user can perform work on a remote worksite elevated by up to 20 m above the user. Each pole section includes a male end and a female end, having a complementary taper to slide into or around the other of a male or female end and form a fluid tight joint with a stiffness similar to or greater than the overall stiffness of the pole. The ends of each pole section include one of first and second complementary coupling parts. The coupling parts cooperate to prevent the pole sections moving relatively towards each other under the weight of overlying pole sections in use to prevent the pole sections jamming A resiliently deformable locking structure is provided in a coupling part by a ring spring.

This invention pertains to a rain gutter cleaning tool set with a primary fork-like attachment that allows for the removal of leaf and twig debris. There may be a secondary scoop-like attachment that may be used to remove mud or sludge from the gutter. Both of the attachments may independently attach to a piece of tubing that may be curved/or bent in spots with an extension that supports a mirror. The tubing may have breaks making it more than one piece of curved/bent tubing. These pieces of tubing may be rotated and secured at their juncture to create different working angles for the attachments. The attachments can also rotate to work in different directions and/or angles. The mirror may rotate to accommodate viewing of the various attachment positions and may also be adjustable for tilt and swivel and height. The tool may utilize an adjustable extension pole to allow access to gutters while users operate it from the ground. The tool and pole may have provisions to prevent loosening while in use.

A coupling for a tube includes an attachment and a housing. The attachment is attached to the tube and has a barrel-shaped exterior surface. The housing contains the barrel-shaped exterior surface such that the attachment is rotatable in the housing while not being removable from the housing. The coupling thereby allows easy rotation of the tube within the coupling. The coupling may be utilized to attach the tube to another tube or to another structure.

The brush includes an elongate support defining a second axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the body and configured to couple the brush to the head, and a plurality of bristles positioned on the elongate support.

An apparatus for catching debris that includes a collection assembly. The collection assembly including a screen section. The screen section including a plurality of diverters configured to break water tension and slow water flow as water flows over the plurality of diverters from a roof surface. The plurality of diverters being spaced apart from one another in such a way that the slowed water is capable of draining into a gutter system from the screen section.

The present invention provides a device for cleaning gutters. The design and configuration of the device's angular side walls and the angles of the sloped upper edges of the angular sides result in a more effective and efficient removal of accumulated gutter debris. The present invention comprising a rectangular bottom, first and second angular side walls, a vertical trapezoidal rear wall, and an elongated tubular handle, wherein such features defining a scoop-like device designed and adapted to receive and remove accumulated debris from a gutter. Each of the angular side walls comprising respective top edges with each top edge comprising a plurality of respective sloped upper edges and respective horizontal edges.

A cleaning and maintenance cart has a frame with a base on wheels, a handle arrangement connected at a lower end to the base and having control input mechanisms at an upper end configured to control elements of the cleaning and maintenance cart, a vacuum plenum coupled to a blower, a power plant coupled to and driving the blower, a collection container coupled to the plenum, the collection container having an internal filter, and a collection hose coupled to the collection container trough a removable lid. With the blower running a partial vacuum is produced in the plenum and in the collection container, and the collection hose is movable to collect dirt and debris that is confined to the collection container by the internal filter in the collection container.

A brush with bristles attached to multiple sides is designed to clean any gutter guard type that is manufactured today, including reverse curve type gutter guards. The brush has a main body of reverse-oriented bristles and accommodates an extension pole on the “reverse” side. When placed on top of the gutter guard, the brush can be pushed/pulled back and forth using the pole to dislodge any unwanted debris attached to the gutter guard's working surface. The use of the pole removes the need for a person to be on the roof when attempting to clean the gutter and/or gutter guard. With multiple bristle orientations, the brush can be used for other outdoor cleaning uses, such as house fixtures, structures, windows and so forth.
