ARTICULATED ARM STRUCTURE FOR AN AWNING WITH AN INTEGRATED ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
An articulated arm structure for an awning with an integrated electrical installation relates to an articulated arm structure for an awning, of the type designed to have an integrated electrical installation, mainly of LED (Light Emitting Diodes) lighting, but also of electrical wiring to supply any device requiring electrical energy for its operation, and has a series of improvements which, among others, provides advantages of ease of assembly, enlargement of the lit-up area and improved aesthetics.
ADJUSTABLE AWNING AND RETRACTABLE CANOPY SYSTEM
Provided is an awning system comprising: a) two vertical tracks; b) two arms, with each arm attached at a first end to one of the vertical tracks, the arm configured to move in a vertical direction and pivot in relation to the track, each arm further configured to be extendible; c) a cross-bar, with each end of the cross-bar attached to a second end of one of the arms; d) a piece of fabric attached at one end to the cross-bar; and e) a holder placed on top of the tracks for holding a second end of the fabric; wherein the awning fabric is configured to be adjusted in both the vertical and the horizontal direction; wherein a user can move the arms vertically and extend the arms to adjust a position of the fabric. Provided is a retractable canopy system comprising: a) a track; b) a frame movably attached to the track; c) a support attached to the frame; d) a connector movably attached to the support, e) two or more rods attached to the connector; f) a canopy piece attached to the rods; wherein the awning is configured to have a stowed and deployed position that are obtained by moving the frame against the track.
Power Track Assembly and Accessory Base Therefore
An accessory base is provided which may be used with a power track assembly. The accessory base is connected to a power track assembly and a powered accessory so that the powered accessory is powered by the power track. The accessory base may also be used with power tracks in a roller tube awning assembly, a cassette awning assembly, hardware assembly, or a track which may be mounted to a surface.
RETRACTABLE AWNING ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS FOR PACKAGING THE SAME
The present disclosure describes a retractable awning assembly. The retractable awning assembly may include a plurality of roller tube sections, at least two torsion bar sections, a pair of spring-loaded arms, a fabric cover, a plurality of front bar sections, a pair of end caps, a plurality of mounting brackets, and a plurality of hood sections. Methods of assembling the same are provided.
Power track assembly and accessory base therefore
A power track assembly is provided which may be used with an accessory base (454) therefore. The power track assembly includes a track housing (402) having at least one track (470) with first and second conductors (484, 485). The conductors provide power to the accessory base which may be connected to an accessory (32, 34, 36, 37) requiring power for operation. The accessory base (454) may also be used with power tracks in a roller tube awning assembly (20), a cassette awning assembly (120), or hardware assembly (328).
AWNING ARM WITH INTEGRATED LIGHT SOURCE
An awning system includes lighting units integrated with support arms thereof. The lighting units are configured to direct light emitted thereby primarily toward a canopy thereof when the canopy is fully deployed.
Power track awning assembly
Various embodiments of an awning roller assembly are provided. The structure provides awning hardware (28) having a powered groove (52) extending through one or more hardware components. The powered groove includes at least one track (70, 72) having electrical conductors (84, 85) therein. An accessory base (54) is provided for connection with a plurality of powered accessories (32, 34, 36, 37), including but not limited to, lights, fans or audio-video equipment. The accessory base provides electrical connection between the powered groove and the accessory to provide improved function in the outdoor living space beneath and around the awning.
Connection system and awning structure with connection system
An awning system includes an awning and a connection system for connecting the awning to a mounting structure. The awning includes a roller tube and an accessory element coupled to the roller tube. The connection system includes a receiving member and an adapter. The receiving member is coupled to the mounting structure and defines a receiving groove extending along an extension path. The adapter includes an engaging section coupled to the receiving groove and a receiving section coupled to the awning. A normal force between a contact area of the engaging section and the receiving groove increases when the engaging section rotates in one direction about the extension path such that the adapter is in a self-locked condition within the receiving groove.
