Insulation System For Buildings
A strap system comprising a plurality of straps. Each strap comprises a central body configured to extend within the first reinforcement channel, an outward jog at an upper end of the central body with an upper offset body extending therefrom, and a lower overlap portion extending from the central body opposite of the upper offset body. The lower overlap portion is positionable within the first reinforcement channel, while the upper offset body extending along the first end wall overlying the first reinforcement channel, whereupon positioning the first strap in operable position relative to the second strap directs the upper offset body into overlying position relative to the lower overlap portion of the second reinforcement channel, to, in turn, provide for the coupling therebetween by a fastener directed therethrough. A bracket member with a strap system, and a building system with a strap system are also disclosed.
SUPPORT BRACKET ASSEMBLY AND METHOD
A support assembly for mounting masonry veneer to supporting wall structure has a first shelf angle, a second shelf angle, and a first shelf angle mounting bracket. Each shelf angle mounting bracket has an upwardly extending back that mounts to the supporting wall structure, and a web extending forwardly away from the wall structure. The web has at least a first shelf angle mounting seats formed in a lower region thereof that hangs downwardly of a vertical load shear transfer connection. A brace is mounted to the bracket. The brace underhangs the cantilevered supporting structure, and provides a moment reaction. The brace has a non-intrusive interface with the supporting structure. That interface may be in compression and the brace may act as a strut. The brace may be thermally isolated from the bracket. The brace may fit within the space envelope of a stud wall.
VENTILATED FACADE
A ventilated facade comprising horizontal rails (4) and covering pieces (3-3′) mounted on the horizontal rails by means of anchoring elements (5), either wires or plates, which hang from the rails through openings (13) that said rails have on a horizontal section (6) of the same.
Method and system for mounting wall panels to a wall
A method of assembling wall panels includes mounting a plurality of PVC fastening extrusions to a wall in a predetermined parallel, spaced apart relationship, each having a length much greater than a length of a wall panel and having two spaced apart resilient bent end securing walls extending from a base, each securing wall having a projection, each wall panel having a main wall panel and four bent end sections with recesses and corner openings, pressing a bent end section into the spacing between the securing walls to cause deformation and snapping back thereof a projection engages in a respective recess, sliding said wall panel along the parallel, spaced apart fastening extrusions to a desired position with the corner openings permitting said sliding action, and repeating the steps of pressing and sliding for additional wall panels.
Artificial Cement-Based Ultra-High-Performance Stone
A cement-based artificial stone plate includes a cement-based plate body; and a metal mesh being embedded in the cement-based plate body; wherein the metal mesh is arranged with at least one fixing member, the fixing member defines a screw hole along its axis, and the screw hole of the fixing member is exposed on back of the cement-based plate body, and back of the plate body is provided with regular or irregular protrusions, between any two protrusions forms a groove, and bottom of each groove is close to the metal mesh.
ARCHITECTURAL BRACKET, BUILDING WALL STRUCTURE, AND PLANK MEMBER CONSTRUCTION METHOD
Provided is an architectural bracket that has an improved strength, and is suitable for realizing a high degree of freedom in terms of the arrangement relationship with a fixation object in construction, as well as a building wall structure and a plank member construction method that use the architectural bracket. An architectural bracket X1 includes a first fixing portion 10 that includes a surface 11 for coming into contact with a building frame, and a second fixing portion 20 that extends from an end of the first fixing portion 10 to a side opposite to the surface 11, so as to intersects with the first fixing portion 10. The second fixing portion 20 includes a base portion 21 that includes a surface 21A, a rib portion 22, a first side-wall portion 23, and a second side-wall portion 24. The rib portion 22 protrudes from the base portion 21, and includes, at a protruding end thereof, a surface 22A. The first side-wall portion 23 protrudes from an end of the base portion 21 in the width direction W of the base portion 21 to the same side as the side to which the rib portion 22 protrudes. The second side-wall portion 24 protrudes from the other end of the base portion 21 in the width direction W to the same side as the side to which the rib portion 22 protrudes.
MODULAR PANELS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS OF ASSEMBLY
A panel and panel system for wall cladding is disclosed. The panel comprises an exterior face; and a reveal face, comprising: a top reveal plane extending at a top edge of the exterior face; and a side reveal plane extending at a side edge of the exterior face, the side reveal plane having a top alignment tab at a top end of the side reveal plane and a bottom alignment tab at a bottom end of the side reveal plane, the exterior face elevated from the reveal face. The panel further comprises a top protrusion extending from the top reveal plane; and a bottom protrusion extending at a bottom edge of the exterior face.
CLADDING OR SIDING ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION METHOD
A cladding or siding assembly for use as cladding or siding for a wall of a building or structure having a face includes at least one panel member and at least two parallel and spaced support rail members which are arranged to allow at least one panel member to slidably interfit in between the support rail members, to be located and be removable at any time during construction or any time later after completion. The panel member is slotted between an upper support rail member and a parallel lower support rail member, whereby at an upper end of the panel member recess slidably interfits with the lower tab member of the upper support rail member having second end leg of perimeter frame within lower recess and the recess at a lower end of the same panel member slidably captures shorter upper tab member of the lower support rail member whereby second end leg is captured in upper recess of lower support rail member. A panel member and method of assembly are also disclosed.
