Longspan Stay-in-Place Liners
A structure-lining apparatus comprising a plurality of transversely and longitudinally extending panels connectable to a structure and connectable edge-to-edge via complementary connector components on their longitudinally extending edges. Each panel comprises transversely extending edges generally orthogonal to their longitudinally extending edges. Each panel comprises first and second complementary connector components on first and second longitudinally extending edges thereof. The apparatus comprises at least one edge-to-edge connection between a first connector component of a first panel and a second connector component of a second panel wherein a primary male connector component of the second connector component of the second panel is extended into a primary female connector component of the first connector component of the first panel and a secondary male connector component of the first connector component of the first panel is extended into a secondary female connector component of the second connector component of the second panel.
System for mounting objects to a surface
A system for mounting objects, such as acoustic panels to a surface is provided. The system includes a door in a façade panel for accessing a mounting structure adapted to receive a fastener that mounts the panel to the surface. The door can include a tab for identifying and opening the door. Methods for mounting objects with an access door and methods for manufacturing tiles are also provided.
Covering element support arrangement
A covering element support arrangement for attaching covering elements to a building or building component. The covering element support arrangement has a carrier means for receiving covering elements thereon. The covering element support arrangement further has an attachment means for attaching covering elements to the carrier means. The attachment means involves mechanical fastening means that can be fastened to the carrier means and that are engageable with covering elements to fix the covering elements to the carrier means. The carrier means is formed at least partially from a perforated sheet and the mechanical fastening means is engageable with the perforations. The frequency of the perforations is such that a covering element can be attached to the carrier means without requiring the covering element to be initially aligned relative to any single perforation. This thereby reduces the time required to fit covering elements.
Facade panel conditioning system
A facade panel conditioning system for installation on a new or existing building is disclosed. The system includes modular panels, a structural anchor, hydronic piping, and ductwork. The panels attach to each other around the exterior of the building forming an insulated shell. The anchor attaches the panels to the building structure forming an air cavity between each individual panel and the exterior. The hydronic piping transfers heat to the air cavity and individual units of the building. The ductwork delivers ventilated air and exhaust air to the air cavity and individual units. The hydronic piping of a panel connects to the hydronic piping of an adjacent panel forming a hydronic piping system that distributes heat or cool throughout the shell. The air duct of a panel connects to the air duct of an adjacent panel forming an air duct ventilation system that distributes air throughout the shell.
BACKSPLASH INSTALLATION HARDWARE
Systems and method for supporting a cover material to a support material include a coupling device that includes an inner coupler and an outer coupler. The inner coupler and the outer coupler are separably joined. The inner coupler may be attached to the support material, and the outer coupler may be attached to the cover material.
Anchor Plate System for Reinforcing Masonry Walls
A system and method of retroactively reinforcing an exterior wall. A first anchor plate is provided having a central connection point and peripheral connection points. The center connection point is connected to an anchor tether. An opening is drilled through the exterior wall and at least some joists. The anchor tether is advanced through the drilled opening. Within the drilled opening, the anchor tether anchors to at least some of the joists. The first anchor plate is attached to the anchor tether and the anchor tether is tensioned. Secondary anchor plates can be also be attached to the exterior wall at different points. Lateral tethers are provided that interconnect the first anchor plate to the secondary anchor plates. The lateral tethers extend along the surface of the exterior wall at a perpendicular to the anchor tethers.
Wall panel for forming a wall covering with multiple panels
Provided is a wall panel for forming a wall covering with multiple panels, including a centrally located core. The core includes a rear side, a decorative side opposite the rear side, and at least two sides including coupling parts for mutual coupling of several panels. The coupling parts are arranged to be coupled with an angling motion. A new panel is arranged to be angled into a panel already forming part of the wall covering. The coupling parts include at least one first coupling part and at least one second coupling part arranged on opposite sides of the core. The first coupling part includes a sideward tongue, an upper bridge portion for connecting the sideward tongue to the core and a downward groove, for accommodating at least a parts of an upward locking element. The second coupling part includes a groove.

Manufactured building panel assembly
A method of fabricating panels includes providing an insert having an interior portion with a top portion and a positioning stop opposite the top portion, and an exterior portion including a fastener hem. Further, the method includes placing the insert in a mold such that only the fastener hem and the positioning stop contact the mold and centering the insert in the mold with the top portion and the positioning stop. The method also includes filling the mold with a casting material such that the interior portion is submerged in the casting material including the top portion, but some of the positioning stop is not submerged in the casting material, curing the casting material to form a panel on the insert, and removing the panel form the mold.
