DECORATIVE PANEL HAVING ANTIMICROBIAL PROPERTIES
A decorative panel includes a substrate, a decor layer and a cover layer. The cover layer has a lacquer or is composed of a lacquer. The lacquer includes antimicrobial additives; and has an acrylate matrix and/or a methacrylate matrix.
INORGANIC BOARD MANUFACTURING METHOD AND INORGANIC BOARD
An object is to provide an inorganic board and a method for manufacturing the same that are suited to achieving high waterproofness.
A manufacturing method of the present invention includes first to sixth steps. The first step involves depositing a raw material on a receiving plate B1 to form a first layer L1. The second step involves pressing a first portion Ma and a second portion Mb of a raw material mat M including the first layer L1 toward the receiving plate B1 to compress the first portion Ma and the second portion Mb. The first portion Ma and the second portion Mb are one end portion and the other end portion, respectively, of the raw material mat M in a first direction D1. The third step involves depositing a raw material on the first layer L1 to form a second layer L2. The fourth step involves planarizing an exposed surface of the second layer L2. The fifth step involves curing the raw material mat M pressed between the receiving plate B1 and a pressing plate B2 to form a cured plate M′ from raw material mat M. The sixth step involves processing the first portion Ma and the second portion Mb into a first back-side joint part P1 and a first front-side joint part P2, respectively. An inorganic board X1 according to the present invention includes the first back-side joint part P1 and the first front-side joint part P2 that are high-density parts.
Wall Panel for Forming a Wall Covering With Multiple Panels
Provided is a wall panel for forming a wall covering with multiple panels, including a centrally located core. The core includes a rear side, a decorative side opposite the rear side, and at least two sides including coupling parts for mutual coupling of several panels. The coupling parts are arranged to be coupled with an angling motion. A new panel is arranged to be angled into a panel already forming part of the wall covering. The coupling parts include at least one first coupling part and at least one second coupling part arranged on opposite sides of the core. The first coupling part includes a sideward tongue, an upper bridge portion for connecting the sideward tongue to the core and a downward groove, for accommodating at least a parts of an upward locking element. The second coupling part includes a groove.
Panel and method of producing a panel
The invention relates to a panel for constructing a floor or wall covering. The panel comprises a substantially planar top surface, at least one core layer composed of a composite material which core layer is provided with the cavities, and a bottom surface. The panel further comprises at least one pair of opposite edges, said pair of opposite edges preferably comprising complementary coupling parts configured for mutual coupling of adjacent panels.
THIN GLASS LAYER-LAMINATED PRINTED STEEL SHEET HAVING EXCELLENT FLAME RETARDANCY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to a thin glass layer-laminated printed steel sheet having a clearly visible pattern printed on a printed steel sheet and has excellent flame retardancy, and a method for manufacturing the same. Specifically, the present disclosure provides a thin glass layer-laminated printed steel sheet comprising: a printed steel sheet comprising a metal sheet and a printed layer on which a design or pattern having a resolution of 300 dpi or higher is printed, the printed layer being formed on a surface of the metal sheet; a transparent ultraviolet-curable adhesive layer comprising a flame retardant material and having a thickness of 10 to 100 μm, the adhesive layer being formed on the printed steel sheet; and thin glass layer attached by the adhesive layer, and a method for manufacturing the same.
BUILDING CLADDING SYSTEMS COMPRISING SWITCHABLE MATERIALS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
Building cladding systems with changeable appearances and methods of use are described. The building cladding system may include a substrate and a coating comprising a switchable material. Varying a voltage, temperature, or wavelength of light on or applied to the coating may change an appearance of the building cladding system.
Panel, in Particular a Floor Panel or a Wall Panel
Provided is a panel including at least one first coupling part. The first coupling part includes an upward tongue, at least one upward flank lying at a distance from the upward tongue and an upward groove formed in between the upward tongue and the upward flank. The side of the upward tongue facing towards the upward flank is the inside of the upward tongue and the side of the upward tongue facing away from the upward flank is the outside of the upward tongue. At least a part of an upper side of the upward tongue is inclined relative to the plane of the panel, such that the upper side of the upward tongue includes a highest point. The upward tongue has a width, wherein the highest point of the upward tongue is arranged less than 50% of the width from the outside of the upward tongue.
Decorative panel
A floor, wall or ceiling panel comprises a core and a decorative top layer provided on the core. The core comprises a magnesium oxide-based board material, and wherein the aforementioned panel, on at least two opposite edges, is provided with coupling means allowing that two of such panels can be interlocked at the respective edges.
Wall Panel System
A wall system comprising a frame and one or more panels removably attached to the frame, wherein the one or more panels are positioned over one or more cutouts of the frame to form a substantially coplanar surface.
BUILDING PANEL AND A METHOD TO PRODUCE SUCH A BUILDING PANEL
A building panel, such as a floor panel, having a core comprising at least one or more of a thermoplastic material, a thermoset material, a mineral based material or a combination thereof. The building panel further including a first arrangement, arranged on said core, having a surface layer and a sublayer, where the sublayer is arranged between the core and the surface layer.
