Earthen composite forming system
The present invention relates to the creation of structures comprised of earthen-mixed composites. This forming system allows for the efficient creation of structures with relatively low cost, time, and labor with exceptional accuracy. Moreover, the system employs accessible and simple construction materials, allowing users of all skill levels to create structures that may serve as dwellings, educational, working, recreational sites, and the like.
METHOD FOR ERECTING A SHUTTERING FRAMEWORK
Disclosed herein is a method for erecting a shuttering framework. The method comprises the steps of a) mounting one end of a first support to the ground or other stationary object and mounting one end of a first brace to the ground or other stationary object, b) attaching the opposite end of the first brace to the opposite end of the first support or to a position between the two ends of the first support, c) repeating a) and b) for a second support and a second brace, and d) mounting a plurality of ties between the first and second supports. Also disclosed herein is a method of casting concrete.

Concrete form assembly
Concrete form assemblies having insulating foam panels are created using locking members embedded within the insulating foam panels and ties each having a pair of side rails for coupling two insulating foam panels together at a predetermined distance apart, the locking members and side rails being adapted so that either side rail can be coupled to either locking member and either of the ends of the rails and locking members can be toward the top or bottom of the assembly when the rails are coupled to the locking members.
PANEL PRODUCTION KITS, METHODS, AND SYSTEMS
A method of forming a concrete panel that includes forming a concrete base with a plurality of holes, where the plurality of holes are distributed proximate to a perimeter of a casting surface of the concrete base, and securing casting rails along the casting surface of the concrete base to form a concrete panel form with a closed perimeter. The casting rails are secured using a plurality of anchors through the plurality of holes in the concrete base to couple the casting rails to the concrete base. A reinforcement device and/or an attachment device is introduced within the concrete panel form, and concrete is poured into the concrete panel form. After the poured concrete has solidified into a concrete panel, the concrete panel is removed.

Formwork System
Various implementations described herein are directed to a formwork system. In one implementation, the formwork system includes aluminum extrusions and aluminum castings. The aluminum castings and the aluminum extrusions can be assembled by being pressed and riveted together.
WEDGE-CLIP CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A connector assembly (400) for connecting a pair of formwork panels (200) with each other is disclosed. The connector assembly (400) includes a base component (402) having an arm, a first opening (602) formed on the arm, and a locking portion (406) formed at an end of the arm and adapted to be removably inserted in a second opening formed by alignment of respective slots (204) of the pair of formwork panels (200). The connector assembly (400) further includes a handle component (404) adapted to be partially disposed in the base component (402) through the first opening (602) formed on the arm. The handle component (404) is adapted to be operated to rotate the arm such that the locking portion (406) is rotated within the first opening (602) to partially lock the base component (402) in the first opening (602) for connecting the pair of formwork panels (200).
