A swim lane apparatus having one or more attachment or tethering devices. The one or more attachment or tethering devices are configured to couple or affix to a foundation of the pool. The swim lane apparatus has a first sidewall. The first sidewall is coupled to the one or more attachment or tethering devices. The first sidewall is configured to form a channel and direct a flow of water out of the channel when the flow of water enters the channel.

An improved anchor for lane lines of swimming pools is provided. The anchor can include housing having a cover and a support member, the housing defining an internal cavity and the cover being movable to open and close the internal cavity. An extension connector can be configured to engage the support member. With the cover closed over the internal cavity, a first end of the extension member can be secured in engagement with the support member and a second end of the extension member can extend outside of the internal cavity to support a lane line.

A lane rope float having higher wave absorbing performance than before is provided. A lane rope float is one that is attached to a rope R via a tubular portion and divides lanes of a pool, and the lane rope float is characterized by: including a plurality of blades that protrude from a side surface of the tubular portion in parallel with the rope R, and a wall surface portion that is coupled to side end portions of the blades to cover the blades, in which in an outer end portion of the lane rope float from the center of the tubular portion to the wall surface portion, at least ? of the range from the center of the tubular portion to the wall surface portion is formed along a vertical plane V2 perpendicular to the tubular portion.

A line tensioning device for adjusting and maintaining consistent tension in an anchored line has a ratchet assembly and a tension indicator assembly. The tension indicator assembly secures the device to an anchoring point and permits linear movement of the ratchet assembly between the line and the anchoring point. The tension indicator assembly includes a compressed spring and a plunger with a tension indicator mark visible externally from a plunger housing above a predetermined tension force threshold.

A marker is provided for a swimming lane extending a length of a pool. The pool includes sidewalls connecting end walls for defining a swimming area holding water. The marker comprises a line and means for suspending the line over the water in the swimming area. The line provides a visual indication of the position of the swimming lane in the swimming area.

A wave-dissipating float for a swimming pool lane rope includes a cylindrical body composed of a first casing and a second casing. The cylindrical body is provided with a fixing hole and at least one perforation. For installation, it is not necessary to disassemble one end of the swimming pool lane rope. The rope of the lane rope is placed in a first semicircular fixing hole of the first casing and a second semicircular fixing hole of the second casing, and then the first casing and the second casing are coupled to each other so that the rope of the lane rope is surrounded by the cylindrical body to complete the assembly.

A line tensioning device for adjusting and maintaining consistent tension in an anchored line has a ratchet assembly and a tension indicator assembly. The tension indicator assembly secures the device to an anchoring point and permits linear movement of the ratchet assembly between the line and the anchoring point. The tension indicator assembly includes a compressed spring and a plunger with a tension indicator mark visible externally from a plunger housing above a predetermined tension force threshold.

A pool lane gate is provided. The pool lane gate includes a U-shaped frame and a gate door. The U-shaped frame includes a first vertical portion, a second vertical portion and a horizontal portion joining bottom ends of the first and second vertical portions. The gate door includes a line and at least one floatation device disposed about the line. A first end of the line is secured to a top end of the first vertical portion and a second end of the line is releasably secured to a top end of the second vertical portion.

The present invention provides an attaching structure of a lane rope float, and a lane rope float set for a swimmer to easily swim and also to easily swim after the turn. The attachment structure of the present invention is configured for attaching a plurality of lane rope floats to a rope, the lane rope floats are attached to the rope by a tubular portion and are connectable to the outer wall of the pool to partition each lane, and the lane rope floats are made of a synthetic resin material, and the gaps between at least a part of the lane rope floats at the rope side connected to the outer wall of the pool is wider than the gaps between at least a part of the lane rope floats arranged in a vicinity of the center of the pool.
