The coupler-actuator assembly also includes one or more connecting rods coupled to the one or more slider racks. The coupler-actuator assembly further includes one or more latch assemblies coupled to the one or more connecting rods, wherein, when actuated, the one or more latch assemblies are adapted to release the hatch lid from/secure the hatch lid to the storage compartment.
VEHICLE SIDE PART STRUCTURE
A vehicle side part structure includes: a side door having a window frame; an outside door handle which is arranged above a lower end rim of the window frame and which is manipulated when the side door is being opened and closed from outside the vehicle; a release switch provided on a press surface of the outside door handle, which is a surface pressed by a user with a finger during an operation of opening the side door, the release switch outputting a release signal upon being manipulated; and a latch actuator which releases latching of the side door by a latch mechanism when the release signal is output.
Door for a vehicle
A door and a vehicle including the door. The door includes a door body; a latch movable between locked and unlocked positions; a first handle accessible from an exterior side of the body; a second handle accessible from an interior side of the body; and a rod connecting the latch and the handles, the handles rotating about a common axis, the first handle being rotatable between a first and a second position, the second handle being rotatable between a third and a fourth position, the latch being in the locked position when the first handle is in the first position and the second handle is in the third position, the latch being in the unlocked position when the first handle is in the second position, the latch being in the unlocked position also when the second handle is in the fourth position.
TOUCH RELEASE HANDLE
A latching assembly for use on a pick-up truck, and particularly on a truck bed cover configured to sit over a truck bed section is provided. The latching assembly includes an electronic release assembly and a mechanical override system. An electronic release assembly includes a first rod coupled to a first electronic actuator and a second rod coupled to a second electronic actuator. The electronic release assembly also includes a first electronic actuator that selectively moves the first latch catch and the second electronic actuator that selectively moves the second latch catch. A switch is engaged to send a signal to the first and second electronic actuators to cause the first and second latch catches to disengage from the truck bed section. The first and second rods and the first and second electronic actuators also serve as part of a mechanical override system that selectively unlatches at least a portion of the truck bed cover from the truck bed section. The mechanical override system moves the first and second rods to mechanically cause the first and second electronic actuators, respectively, to manually move the first and second latch catches, respectively, to unlatch the at least the portion of the truck bed cover from the truck bed section as an alternative to moving the first and second latch catches by electrically moving the first and second electronic actuators.
Battery Case Unlocking Apparatus, Battery Case, and Quick Battery Case Replacement System
A battery case unlocking apparatus, a battery case, and a quick battery case replacement system. The battery case unlocking apparatus comprises: a mount (1), an extensible/retractable mechanism (2), a transmission mechanism (3), and a locking mechanism (4). The locking mechanism (4) is used for locking and fixing a body (6) of a battery case to a battery holder (7) of an electric vehicle. The extensible/retractable mechanism (2) passes through the mount (1) and carries out extension/retraction movement in the mount (1) relative to the transmission mechanism (3) to drive the transmission mechanism (3) to move between the extensible/retractable mechanism (2) and the locking mechanism (4), thereby controlling the locking or unlocking of the locking mechanism (4). The battery case comprises the body (6) and the battery case unlocking apparatus. The quick battery case replacement system comprises: the battery holder (7), a replacement device (8), and the battery case.

Vehicle door lock apparatus
A vehicle door lock apparatus has a first housing superimposed on a second housing that includes a base wall, a first concave wall projecting from the base wall, an engaging part formed in or on the first concave wall, and an opening that provides a path from the outside into an inner housing chamber. A transmission cable includes an inner cable slidably housed in an outer cable. A portion of the inner cable is exposed from a first end of the outer cable, passes through the opening, and is coupled to a rotatable element disposed in the inner housing chamber via a linkage. A casing cap that surrounds an end of the outer cable has a contact part that contacts the first concave wall in a second direction and an engaged part that engages with the engaging part in the second direction when the contact part contacts the first concave wall.
